Introduction

Under Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Programme (EBSB) of GoI, a series

of activities are to be undertaken between the paired states and union

territories to promote bonding and understanding between diverse

cultures.

Objectives

To CELEBRATE the Unity in Diversity of our Nation

To PROMOTE the spirit of national integration through a deep and

structured engagement between the paired States

To SHOWCASE the rich heritage and culture, customs and

traditions

TO ESTABLISH long-term engagements and

TO CREATE an environment which promotes learning between

States by sharing best practices and experiences.

MoU between Gujarat & Chhattisgarh On 21st January 2017 at Dhordo, Gujarat an MoU was

signed between the paired states during the National Conference of Central and State/UTs Ministers and Secretaries of Tourism, Culture, Youth Affairs and Sports to embark the journey of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat.
