Endoscopy Information System Electronic Patient record with video and images E.I.S.™ Endoscopy Information System(electronic patient

record) allows the management of patient records , outpatient

processes, and processes of hospitalizing through positions of

admitting to hospital, reporting and operating room. System is

composed by software modules of clinical data management

and it includes the Endostation medical workstations. System

lets traceability of all the procedures that have been made

within an operative unit, from outpatient visit booking to hospital

admission with the consequent surgical operation and the

discharge form. E.I.S.™, also lets calculate the ward activity

through accounting modules and statistics

- Acquisition and management of video and images

associated with the clinics procedures

- Accounting management of the services provided

- Worklist for daily routines to be performed

Through E.I.S. Patients are monitored from their first

admission to their discharge through electronic patient

record (E.I.S.) so their clinic history is traced, archived and

called back easily. It considerably reduces the clinical risk, the print cost and it increases efficiency

in researches ,in modules compilation and it exponentially increases efficiency of hospital wards.



E.I.S.™ - Admission and worklist It's possible to assign arrival time and arrival code to the

outpatient procedures in order to book and accept them

through the hospital admission tools. After that the included

data are sorted to connected workspaces within the hospital

ward like worklist. All workspaces share the worklist and they

have visibility of procedures that have already been realized

and those that should be realized. At the end of each

procedure, all the data are saved and the procedure is crossed out from worklist. Worklist is

shared by all workspaces and only one workspace can work on a procedure, the remaining

workspaces cannot access to that procedure until it is not saved.It is present a module of

admission booking management. EPR record is linked to admitted patients, in every moment It can

be called back from all workspaces that are connected to list of enabled admissions. The system

manages electronic health card through which you can call back all patient's data on the instant.

Video and images attached to patient record

The System manages all video storages and images

associated with clinical data and captured during the

operative and/or ambulatory procedures. By using

compression without loss quality, images can be

recovered unchanged in order to historical controls and

searches. It can be saved frames and it's possible to

extract video tracks. It can be captured videos and

images that have been made in operating room and/or in

day hospital, from all video sources through medical

workstation Endostation. System allows to export photo in

different formats and it could be possible to use advanced

edit modules in order to insert a text and forms on image

if you wanted to underline some details. It can be

improved and modified images parameters such as

brighness, contrast and level curves. It's possible to save

all the keyframes example those relating to a lesion, and if you used these keyframes it could be

possible to watch again all the videos.



Multi-user, distribution, storage and automatic compiling S.D.O.

E.I.S.™ lets share all the clinical data, images and

videos with all the connected workstations. Patient

record allows to do all the following modifies and the

health journal updates through multiuser systems. Each

physician can modify the patient record. This modify will

be registred with a digital signature and it will be brought

back in the patient record. Patient record could also use

the classification system of diagnosis and operations

according to the SSN scheme in force and it allows the

rapid searching of any code drg through words and / or

segments of words into the description of the same drg.

With the storage modules in a few clicks you can call or

visit a patient record, an outpatient procedure, or

patient's clinical history.
