Cardio Kickboxing an aerobic exercise class that can be high or low impactesigned or any level o exerciser. It includes a warm-up, cardio conditioning using non-ontact kicks and arm movements resulting in a high energy class, while burning at,uilding muscle and strengthening your cardiovascular system. Tis class will includeoning and strength training along with a cool down and stretching. No equipment orxperience necessary, just come and share in the un.
Toning and Strengthening ocuses on toning and improving yourtrength, exibility and overall body conditioning. It will work all your major muscleroups including; biceps, triceps, abdominals, back, shoulders, hamstrings, quadriceps,lutes and chest. Te class is designed with the overall body in mind helping to reduceone density loss that naturally occurs as we age, while improving muscle tone, strengthnd exibility. A class to ONE HOSE ROUBLE SPOS! No experience necessary.
All equipment provided.
Boot Camp/Cardio Blast a class that includes both cardio and toning.Te total body workout includes cardiovascular benets and strengthening and toning omuscles that is un and efective. It includes using weights and exercise bands to tone thoserouble spots. No experience necessary and all equipment provided.
20-20-20 a class with everything you want:0 minutes o cardio, 20 minutes o toning and 20
minutes o abdominals! Te total body workoutor cardiovascular benets and strengthening o
muscles that is un and ast moving. No experienceecessary and all equipment is provided.

Class DescriptionsEach class runs or a 10 week session. Cost or the 10 weeks is just $50 perclass. Drop-ins welcome or $7/class, space allowing.
10 classes only $50.$7 for an individual class.
