Problem Statement Prior to implementation the client faced many operational challenges that hindered the growth of the company such as:

The ORION team carried out a comprehensive study to understand the different business sectors of the enterprise and their dynamic needs. ORION11j provided group consolidation of variouscompanies which were functioning under the MBAL group. Financial consolidation of group companies was automated to provide accurate and timely financial reports. Accuracy of the reports helped in making dynamic management decisions. The sales flow management starting from sales order, sales inquiry and sales quotation was regularized and streamlined to create automated invoices. State-of-the-art HR and payrollmanagement systems were incorporated to perform the necessary functions in a streamlined and orderly manner.
