The ORION team carried out a comprehensive study to understand the different business sectors of the enterprise and their dynamic needs. Business modules were customized according to these requirements and implemented in such a way to improve the overall functioning of the enterprise. ORION11j provided group consolidation of variouscompanies which were functioning under the MBAL group. Each business sector had their own unique requirements and the modules were customized to meet those needs. Itprovided an integrated data management system to store, track and monitor the business data of the enterprise and brought the group companies under a unified framework. Real time key metrics of the workforce was displayed inintuitive dashboards which made performance management more effective and efficient.

Features to perform proper demand planning wereformulated and it helped to maintain regular inventory control processes. VAT compliant finance modules were incorporated according to the given Middle East tax reforms. Financial consolidation of group companies was automated to provide accurate and timely financial reports. Accuracy of the reports helped in making dynamic management decisions. The sales flow management starting from sales order, sales inquiry and sales quotation was regularized and streamlined to create automated invoices. State-of-the-art HR and payrollmanagement systems were incorporated to perform the necessary functions in a streamlined and orderly manner.
