Minimum Requirements

2013 & 2014 B.E/ B.Tech graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronic and Communication.

Should have scored above 65% in 10th 12th and UG Candidates should have excellent java skills / completed Java course from a reputed

institution / certification done in Java Should have good knowledge in Java technologies Strong in Analytical, Problem Solving, Reasoning & Quantitative Skills Excellent communication skills (Both spoken and written skills in English Language) Should be ready to sign a bond for 3 years (Original educational certificates /

documents are required to submit) If selected, should be ready to join within 15 days of intimation. Willingness and ability to work in shifts. Multitasking and coordination skills Team Player. Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately

provide effective solutions

Strong on Core Java, J2EE, Java Script, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, Dojo Databases : Oracle/DB2/Open source User Interface Design, User Experience Improvement Good understanding of Requirements gathering & Analysis Object-Oriented Design & Analysis Strong exposure on Data structures and Algorithms

Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting

expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining

design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.

Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of

custom development and purchase alternatives.

Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.

Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and

activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and

software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new

and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
