EID Readiness For Fueling Fuel is maintained up to 300 liter's on All DWDM/MHUB & HIR Sites.

Special move plan to cater outages during Eid is planned and will start from 26thJuly.

Emergency Fueling team will be on call in all sub-region for smooth fueling services.

To ensure that subscriber can have the best quality of network available following steps have b

Each on call team is planned in such a way that a BSS specialist is included in the team to resolveZero Call and Customer Complains during Eid days.

Quality sheet will be generated on all 4 Days of Eid and Issues will be resolved accordingly.

To ensure minimum number of outages on Eid below steps are taken:

Repeated PM visits are being carried out on Mhub, HUB and HIR Sites.

Genset health check has been initiated on GLO Site which will be completed befor eid in which Gstatus is being checked and made operational.

Educating SubCon on the importance of Network Availability on Eid Days.

Resolving all sitting issues on problematic that may lead to outages.
