Unfortunately the property loss is taken as an individual loss to owner and not much thought

is given to the “National Loss” though it is almost a crime which should not be pardonable.

It is curious to observe that in ‘afety !olicy" which is a very important document# the ‘$ire"

word is conspicuously absent.

 

%here is no &overnment authority strongly e'uipped with ade'uately 'ualified manpower 

who can visit to check on periodic basis more seriously in the domain of fire safety and

installations as done in case of ().

In case of fire safety# the laws are neither ade'uately strong# nor serious penal action is

effected unless the life losses * conse'uential losses affecting the common people are

involved.

$ire safety is taken as implied inclusion. %here is no e+pressed mention.

It goes without saying that the implied version and e+pressed version differ a lot in result.
