ECAH: Brief Update
ECAH is funded by a grant from the EC’s Leonardo da Vinci Programme with whom EHA has a three year contract
Over 20 contractual partner associations are also involved in the project including many of the countries represented here today

ECAH: Interim Report
• The ECAH interim report submitted to Brussels was well accepted however a financial amendment is needed
• All partners will be asked to sign an amended contract and complete an information form
ECAH: LdV Amendment
ECAH will submit an amendment request to Brussels within the next month.
Requirements from partners:
A. Signature of revised contract
B. Overview of costs and time each partner has spent on the project
ECAH: Final Report
• A meeting of the partners is scheduled for November 2005 to prepare the Final Report
• Final report must be submitted to EC by February 1st, 2006
ECAH: LdV Final Report
ECAH will submit a final report request to Brussels February 1st, 2006
Requirements from partners: 1. Report of dissemination activities
undertaken by your organization over the course of the project to promote ECAH
2. Overview of costs/time spent on the realization of contractual obligations to the project by each partner
ECAH: Running Phase
• The ECAH Project will move to into its “Running Phase” in January 2006
• Running costs and a budget will be established to fund accreditation procedures
ECAH: Role of ECAH Representatives
in “Running Phase”
Serve on the ECAH Advisory BoardSign a three year contractProvider Status:
1. Coordinate accreditation procedures for the meeting/congress of their National Society
2. Oversee the review of CME Activities/events in their country which have applied for ECAH accreditation
Attend ECAH Advisory Board meetings as needed/requested
