Menes was the first Pharaoh of the Dynasty. He united Upper and Lower Egypt. He also founded Memphis.
DEFINITION OF DYNASTY: a series of rulers of a country who all belong to the same family (From the oxford advanced learners dictionary)
King Khufu is known for his Great Pyramid of Giza. Khufu ruled for about 23 years, and during his ruling life, his people constructed his grave. He is also known as Cheops, and he ruled in the 4th Dynasty.

FATHER: Tuthmosis I
Hatshepsut was one of the greatest rulers, but she was female. That time, only males were able to be Pharaoh.
Tuthmosis III was Hatshepsut’s step son. While Hatshepsut was still living, she didn’t give the whole duty of being Pharaoh to him.

NICKNAME: King Tut
He was well known for his
valuable treasures that was inside his coffin.
