The Rodenstock Refractor-Keratometers are an integral part of modern eye diagnostic. Highly accurate measurements com-bined with the very short examination time and easy handling makes working with the Rodenstock CX 800 professional and quick. You can operate and align the CX 800 through the combi-nation of joystick and touch screen – all this in a very short time.

The 5.7“ colour touch screen is used as operating monitor as well as for displaying all measured values. All commands can be done via touch screen.

Once you have captured your patients’ eye, you can set the pu-pil and cornea measurement bars to individual diameters. These values will also be stored, displayed and printed.

The handling of the CX 800 is very easy. By aligning the optical head towards the patients’ eye, the measurement is automati-cally taken over by the instrument itself.

The CX 800 provides you with the measured central (ø 3 mm) Keratometer readings within a second. You can take these rea-dings from a cornea or the back surfaces of a RGP contact lens.

AUTOREFRACTOR-KERATOMETER CX 2000

QUALITY IN DETAILThe CX 2000 sets a new standard for modern eye diagnostic instruments using the latest electronic technology innovations. Thanks to the electronically controlled movement operation and alignment can be done by using either the power motion joystick and / or touch-screen –all in a fraction of a second. The Rodenstock CX 2000 conveys professionalism and ease of use by providing highly accurate measurements in a remarkably short examination time.

Colour touch-screen

The 5.7” colour touch-screen is used to monitor operation and display the measurement results. The measurement head can be moved in all directions simply by touching the screen. All commands are inputted via touch-screen.

Auto-alignment + auto-measurement

Operating the CX 2000 couldn’t be easier. Simply align the measurement head towards the patient’s eye and the instrument takes over, handling the fi ne adjustment and meas-urement all by itself. Once the fi rst measurement is completed the colour touch-screen displays a prompt to automatically repeat the measurement process on the other eye.

The CX 2000 acquires measurement data for both refraction and keratometry remarkably fast in less than three seconds, making the most effective use of your time and maximising cost effective-ness.

Extremely fast operation

The CX 2000 provides keratometer values for the central (ø 3 mm) and peripheral (ø 6 mm) simultaneously within one second. Measurement can be made from the cornea or the back surfaces of a RGP contact lens.

The CX 2000 is equipped with the newest joystick technology available. Five power motion modes ensure precise and silent movement of the head in all directions. You have the choice between coarse or fi ne movement towards the patient’s eye.

Cornea thickness related IOP

You can easily adjust the measured IOP data according to the central corneal thickness. The calculation formula used by the NCT 2000 is easily amended according to your own preference.

Once the first measurement is completed, the colour touch-screen displays a prompt to automatically repeat the measurement process on the other eye.

Soft and silent air pulse

For the comfort of your patient the NCT 2000 is designed to use a very gentle air pulse. Even the noise generated by the instrument is reduced to the mini-mum, thereby relaxing your patient to facilitate highly accurate results.

High speed measurement

If you choose the multi measurement option the NCT 2000 produces up to three air pulses in an extremely short sequence (0.1 seconds each).

The Rodenstock AL 200 / AL 300 Auto Lensmeter are very easy to operate with the 5.7“ touch screen. Icons will guide you through the whole menu and guarantee fast and intuitive operations. Colour touch screen

The Rodenstock AL 5400 / 5600 Lensmeters are very easy to operate with their tiltable 5.7“ colour touch screen. Icons will guide you through the whole menu and guarantee fast and intuitive operation. It is possible to customise the colour and the shortcut menu buttons according to your preference.

UV transmittance (AL 5600)

While measuring the power of the lens the UV transmittance will be displayed simultaneously on the LCD screen. The UV demonstration screen is very useful to illustrate the effectiveness of UV blocking to your customer.

Auto table lock function

When the optical centre of the lens is aligned the lens table will lock automa-tically.

Modern progressive mode

The system detects and measures automatically all progressive lenses. Also mo-dern multi-focal lenses may be measured in FAR, MID and NEAR areas.

Very precise marking unit

The Rodenstock AL 5400 / 5600 Lensmeters are equipped with a 4-pin lens holder and a metal manufactured lens marking unit. This makes marking of the lenses very precise. Of course both types of Lensmeters measure standard and high index, bifocal, trifocal, progressive and prismatic lenses. Both models offer an integrated, fast and silent printer, automatic contact lens mode and data storage for 99 single measurements.

PERIMETER PERISTAT / PERIMAT QUALITY IN DETAILBoth Rodenstock Perimeters are developed to meet the needs of today’s clinical practitioner. The Perimat offers high-end performance match-ing the latest standards in modern perimetry. The Peristat is designed to fulfill all standard tests in return for a modest investment.

Short Examination Time

Due to the fact that the units can take former testing protocols of the same patient into consideration, the examination time can be reduced tremendously. Already known defects will be screened and not necessarily checked through a complete testing routine again. With the automated adaption to the patient response the system is able to optimize all time parameters with full result credibility.

Modern Eye Tracking System

Both Systems are equipped with a “state of the art” digital passive eye tracking system. It records only measurements taken under perfect fixa-tion conditions. Rejected recordings will be automatically repeated. The patient’s eye is displayed at any time during the examination for visual control by the examiner. Fixation control using the Heijl-Krakau method is also integrated.

It is possible to measure the pupil diameter at any time even before, after or during the examination.

The integrated standard driving test can be modified according to every individual demands, in kinetic or static routine. (Peristat static only)

Kinetic and Static Driving Test (Perimat)

The Perimat comes with an integrated modern PC that communicates with all USB printers. All acquired data can be transmitted to a network and sent in many different formats depending on individual requirements. The design of the Perimat is more compact due to the integrated PC. This saves valuable space and reduces cables. The Peristat can be connected individually to a standard PC or Laptop making configuration economical and flexible.

In addition you benefit from several colour vision tests like Ishihara or 100 HUE as well as the various displays to quantify your patients‘ contrast sensitivity. For binocular vision tests it is possible to present different optotypes for left or right eye and adjust the system‘s red/green display to correspond with almost any red/green filters in the eyecare industry. Modern usability design

The Rodenstock LED Chart Projector Rodachart 360 is designed for durability and efficient operation.

An energy-efficient LED light source with 500,000 hours lamp life ensures main-tenance free operation with the added advantage of a brighter, high-contrast display with minimum running costs.

The intuitive remote control helpfully allows the programming of three chart sequences – each with up to individual charts – chosen from the 36 different charts available.

The Rodachart 360 comes complete with remote control, projection screen and sturdy base allowing it to be easily set up for immediate operation. Alterna-tively the projector can be fitted to a refraction unit or wall-mounted.

The compact Rodenstock PD Max digital pupilometer has the unique advan-tage of having two separate LCD displays. In addition to the large external LCD display the PD Max also has an integrated illuminated LCD. Within the unit, in line with the viewing field, the user can simultaneously see the results during the measurement.

The precise “cornea light reflection” measurement system provides fast and re-liable results with a convenient adjustable focal distance from 30 cm to infinity.

The design of the PD MAX offers the user an intuitive and easy to use tool. Not only the usability but also the selection of the internal light level and auto off function make this device to a perfect solution.
