Eggplant "Firebird" for 15 minutes
INTERESTING recipe. It's JUICY and tender dish. Plus a minimum of
calories. It is very convenient and fast, 15 min and elegant, beautiful and
delicious dish is ready now!Ingredients:
Eggplant-2 PCs
tomatoes-4 PCs
hard cheese-200 g
3-4 garlic cloves
lemon juice, to taste
sugar-to taste
the dill, parsley, cilantro, to taste
salt-to taste
vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. wash Eggplant and cut along the plate thickness of about 5 mm, not
