Your online fuel ordering website allows you to place your orders and follow their status more easily.

You will also find your order history, your profile information, and you should be able to contact directly the customer service via dedicated contact forms.

In order to use this new site, Total customer service will create your access account and you will receive a welcome email that will allow you connect to your new "eFuel" site.

Hello,

Your online fuel ordering website has evolved. It will allow you to place your orders and follow their status more easily.

You will also find your order history, your profile information, and you should be able to contact directly the customer service via dedicated contact forms.

In order to use this new site, Total customer service will create your access account and you will receive a welcome email that will allow you connect to your new "eFuel" site.

As from now on, the connection on your old site will not be possible anymore and you will be redirected to the new “eFuel” site, with the new access login, you should be able to place your orders.

To help you get started with the new site, please find attached the user guide describing the main features. The same user guide can be downloaded from the site and FAQ provides step by steps that will help users navigate around our new site.

The team remains at your disposal and wishes you good navigation on the site!

First icon: the request of order has been sent to SAP

For each order, you can follow the status of the process: please note that you can follow only the status of the order not the final delivery Dedicated Icons privide the status

The « new » icon is displayed for all the orders you have been placed in the day

By clicking on the button, you can see all the forms you sent. You can follow the workflow of your requests (answers from Total team). You can modify a previous request.

If your total customer team wrote faq, they are displayed on the websiteOn the left menu,

MULTIPLE ID

2

MULTIPLE ID (SAP ID) FOR ONE WEB USER

Depending on the conditions of your account in SAP and on how Total team set up your account, you can have several ID (sap customer) linked to your

account. That means that you can place orders for several ID in your account.

After the connection to the website (login and password), you have to select an ID in the list of the popin and click on confirm.

A confirmation message is displayed

You can see the ID selected in the header.

You can change your selection to switch ID.

You can see the confirmation message Click on the button to confirm this change.
