Key aspects of language and action

1. Describing facts and the situation

2. Making declarations and assessments. People often get stuck here.

Saying what will or should happen.

3. They never get to here. Making promises, requests and offers.

People leave confused as to what happened and what is happening next.

When people leave a meeting. They need to be clear on:

What request was made for action.

Who agreed to do it and what the offer was.

What the conditions for satisfaction are.
