Introduction
An effective control of project documentation is
evidence of a good project management.
Documentation may in a form of time record,
progress of the project, drawings, budget plans,
tender documents, schedules, and the history of
the projects and so on. It also helps you track
activities related to the project, find out if time
constraints are being met, monitor productivity
and plan for the future.
Other than that, a good documentation also
helps you to avoid the common human error-
forgetful. Knowing the history of the project is
essential for the current plan of action as well as
how you proceed in the future.

Speaker
Lee Yan Yin achieved the Best Graduate Award in School of Applied Physics from University Science Malaysia, majored in Applied Physics and took a minor in Management Studies.
After graduating from university, YY Lee worked as a QA Engineer in a multinational semiconductor company. During this tenure, she was involved in the establishment, maintenance and auditing of various management systems such as ISO9001, QS9000, ISO14001 & ISO/TS16949. Since then, she has been working in the field of management systems for over 14 years.
YY Lee has associated herself with the international and local corporate companies. She worked as a QA Engineer in NEC Semiconductors (M) Sdn.Bhd, as a QA Engineer cum HOD in Zeito Plastics Components Sdn.Bhd., as a Management Consultant in Harvard Strategies Sdn.Bhd and as a QA Manager in Allied Machineries (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Her working experience was diversified in both manufacturing & servicing line. Subsequently, she continues to play the role as a Management Consultant in Cambridge Management.
She has a proven track record in the consultancy works of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 22000 & HACCP, ISO 13485, AS 9100 etc. As to date, she has successfully assisted more than 100 companies from various industries in obtaining their management system certificates.
