    Effective communication is however occurswhen sender achieves the desired result.

    In other words this process involves the

    transfer of message from senders mind toreceivers mind to get desired results fromreceiver.

    They can reveal hidden emotions including anger,confusion, enthusiaism,fear, joy, surprise,

    uncertainty and others. Always get additional facts before judging a

    persons facial expressions conclusively.

    Posture, gesture, and body movement convey amessage and add to or subtract from your oral

    message.
