What Is Communication?
• It is the act of transferring information from one place to another
• Message by speaking, writting, reading, observing, hearing or acting.
4 ways/types of communications* Verbal/speaking communication: face to face, radio, telephone, television.* Non-verbal communication: body language, gestures, how we dress or act even our scent.*Written communication: letters, emails, books, magazines, the internet.*Visualization: graphs, charts, maps, logos and other visualizations can communicate messages.

What are the differences between hearing and listening?
*Hearing: Sound waves transmitted to the ear into the brain and processed as audible information. It happens without concentration, it can occurs even when a person is sleeping .Hearing might lead into misunderstandings.
*Listening: It is paying attention to the words being spoken with the intention of understanding the other person.
