EFAF European Championships Flag Seniors 2011for men and women

ORGANISATIONAL COSTS

The Organiser undertakes to organise and package the competition being responsible for allcosts and expenses in accordance with the EFAFs competition regulations and what issubmitted on the application.

All participants are responsible to cover their own travel expenses to the tournament city, aswell as the travel for one game official per team from their country. Participants are also

responsible to cover the costs of accommodation and food of their own team(s). The organiserhas to assist the participants by offering a package for accommodation and food.

The Organiser shall be responsible for but not limited to the following specified organisationalcosts, duties and tasks:

A. Cost to be covered by the Organiser:1) Advertising and public relations2) Transport to and from international airport and between accommodation and game site3) Game site for Friday evening (practice), Saturday and Sunday (games)4) Equipment for all games according to the rules and regulations (field marking, down

indicators, score boards, game balls, thirst extinguisher, medical treatment)5) Meeting room Friday and Saturday6) Accommodation and food of one official per team7) Accommodation and food of two EFAF representatives

B. The Organiser has the obligation to provide:1) Trophies for the first 3 teams of each competition and the MVPs2) Medals for all participants (player, coaches, officials)3) Souvenir shirts for all participants

The choosing of host is subject of best offer. If one candidate is willing and able to providemore, for example the accommodation for free or is covering some parts of the

accommodation costs, that will raise his chances to have its application considered.
