Not only visible technology – new ICT* "toys”, widgets, gadgets, apps.Remind: IVA, Moodle, ÕIS, E-kool, Internet, ...

Understanding educational philosophy, learning processes, instructional design and student's learning habits in 21st century matters

*ICT – information and communication technologies (computers, networks, phones, software etc)

Results of ET

Facilitats students to learn: When and where it is suitable for them (not only

indoors at classroom)

By different ways (video lectures, audio, group work on the Internet, on-line course, collaborative course – knowledge is currently created and taught by participants themselves! etc.).

No rigid methods – everyone may/can choose their own favourite approach to pass through

But ...

An appropriate method/IT tool should be used for a particular task/unit

E-courses should not be too long. The best solution is mixed/combined courses – classroom + e-learning

Devices/apps do not teach by themselves – a student has to be self-motivated, facilitator must support developing of a self-controlling and self-developing leaner as well
