IT IS DIRECTED AT ALL STATE AND SUBSIDISED SCHOOLS IN THE ACBC
THAT PROVIDE COMPULSORY EDUCATION
FOR 6-16 YEAR OLDS
IT IS COORDINATED BY A GOVERNMENTAL
INSTITUTION AND INVOLVES THE WORK OF 14 ADVISORS WHO TRAIN COORDINATORS
AT THE EDUCATION CENTRES
TOWN COUNCILS
- OFFER TECHNICAL ADVICE
- ORGANIZE FORUMS FOR STUDENTS PARTICIPATION.
- MUNICIPAL REPRESENTATIVES ARE COMMITED TO :
- RESPONDING TO THE PROPOSALS
- CARRYING OUT SOME OF THE ALTERNATIVES

2. ORGANIZATION: ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITTEE
3. DIAGNOSIS
4. DEFINITION OF AIMS
5. ACTION PLAN, EXECUTION
6. ASSESSMENT OF RESULTS
7. A REPORT IS WRITTEN
8. IMPROVEMENT PROPOSALS TO THE TOWN COUNCIL IN A MUNICIPAL FORUM
