Identification and evaluation of the results of an activity, plan, process, or program and their comparison with the intended or projected results or output measures
Resource

Best Practices
• Review previous outcomes for specificity, relevancy, reliability, measurability, and reasonability
• Consider how these outcomes support your program review and student learning outcomes assessment: what do the data tell you?
• Consider what your department’s resource needs are in terms of the 3 categories: ongoing department needs, next fiscal year, long term planning
• Plan your process for dialogue – input and feedback
Special Attention:
Remember ~ Outcomes cannot be marked “completed” or “no longer applicable” if resources continue to be requested for that outcome.
The Starting Line
https://emp.arc.losrios.edu/
• Evaluate and update the current outcomes and resources in your EMP
Reminder: VTEA/Perkins outcomes are not a separate category of outcomes
The Finish Line
• The submit button appears only after the boxes say Zero
Parting Reminders
• Dialogue!!! • Include your faculty and classified in your
planning• Remember the comment section
