    Educational Leader Wellness PlanThe wellness plan that I have crafted is really focused on being organized and a framework. I find that if I have an organized framework, I can work

    to manipulate the expected and the unexpected things that go inside the framework with less stress. The framework provides me with boundaries andexpectations. When I tie this to the LI information, I wonder if the challenge to this approach makes me very conventional. !erhaps if myframework wasn"t so rigid, I"d be a more out#of#the#box thinker$doer. %ery interesting.
