Learn about the Canal construction and operation. From Pre-Columbian times to the present day, Panama had a prominent role as the major transit route between the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Note: The ships transit schedule at The Panama Canal is exclusive of Panama Canal Authorities . Next we will visit the Amador Causeway (Calzada de Amador), which connects the mainland to three small manmade islands. We return back to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 1 -Arrival to Panama

Once the group arrives into Panama the group will be met and transferred by private motor coach to the hotel Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 -Panama City Tour

Today after breakfast we will visit some of the most important sites of Panama City. The tour will start with

the ruins of OLD Panama - “Panama La Vieja”, founded in 1519, the

first city and first settlement on the Pacific Ocean. From here we con-

Day 3 -Panama Canal Railway, Portobello Fortress

Today, we will be picked up early morning to start your journey. You'll head to the train station in Panama

City to travel along the famous Trans-Isthmian (Panama Canal) Rail-

way. You’ll learn about the history of this railway system, which was

built in the 1850s and played a vital role in the construction of the Pan-

ama Canal. Upon arrival we will continue to port of Portobelo full of

colonial history where you will feel transported in time. Here you will

find five colonial fortresses where cannons still point to the bay. Today,

the colonial beauty of the fort remains and Portobelo has been declared a

Patrimony for Humanity site by UNESCO. After lunch we will go back

to Panama for your flight to Enrique Malek Airport in David, one of our

representative will be waiting for you at David to transferred you to your

hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4 -Honey and Bee Tour with Butterfly House & Nature Night Hike

This morning we will to take the Honey and Bee Tour with Butterfly House. You will leave with a new and

different perspective on nature and the importance of bees in the lives of men. You will visit the beautiful

gardens and a huge variety of plants grown for us, the butterflies and the bees.

In the evening you will go for an adventure on the cloud forest of Boquete. Once we arrived to the main

house we will start we a briefing speech of what to expect through the

night hike on the forest, also we will get some hiking poles and head

lamps, it will begin by walk crossing through an old coffee plantation,

after passing through the coffee plantation (with many chances to see

some fireflies, and some small frogs) we will then penetrate in the prima-

ry cloud forest , in a trail with three loops, we will choose the first loop

which the walk will take around 2 hrs. With some great opportunities of

spotting some owls, tree frogs, bats, and some mammals like kinkajous

and more night of the area, also there are a lot of endemic mushrooms

and moss with colorful tones. After that in the second loop we will have the chance to see three waterfalls out

of the 5 that are around the property, the first from a small of a few mts high to the biggest of 25mts high.

We will continue hiking back to the main house where we will get a special dinner with some really fresh

organic product that is produce at La Hacienda. After dinner you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 5 -Morning Leisure / Hanging Bridges

The Bridges tour located in the Talamanca Mountain Range bordering La

Amistad International Park (P.I.L.A.). You will be accompanied by a local

guide who will help you know the lush flora and fauna of these protected

forests. Unique opportunity to enjoy an elevated perspective of the biodi-

versity of Panama’s tropical cloud forest. It is a circuit of 6 suspension

bridges covering a 4.5 km route through the treetops. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6 - Cacao Tour and Transfer to Bocas del Toro

Today you will be picked up by your guide and driver and be transferred to Almirante dock, en route you will

visit the Ngobe Community. Here you will learn all about the organic

cocoa cultivation and the production and marketing of chocolate. The

guide will describe how is life for Indigenous people in the area, what is

the dietary base and how daily life approach in the community, You will

have a Local Indigenous Lunch consist on boiled roots like Yucca and

Yam, some fresh leaf such as bok choi and chicken or fish prepared on

the charcoal stove. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 7 -Bocas del Toro / Zapatilla Cays / Bocas del Toro

Experience the wonders of the Caribbean and join us for an unforgettable trip to see dolphins in the wild day,

discover the beauties among mangroves and watch the sloths moving

slowly or hung from the branch of the tree. Visit and know the beautiful

beaches of white sand and clear waters of the Zapatilla Cays. Time for

snorkel in our exclusive places! Overnight at Hotel.

Day 8 -Ngöbe Community of Salt Creek

This is the best cultural and natural immersion you’ll find in Bocas del Toro! We’ll take you on a boat trip to

the far end of the amazing Isla Bastimentos where the Ngöbe community of

Salt Creek lives. This is a less frequented and well preserved region. Our

hosts will help you to have a better understanding of their village, culture,

traditions, artisan crafts, and stories. Then we will guide you on a jungle

trail for a short hike into this marvelous tropical playground where you will

appreciate the rich fauna and flora of this region. This trail leads to one of

the most untouched and spectacular beaches of Bocas del Toro. This beach

is the perfect place to have a swim and relax after the hike. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 9 - Morning at Leisure/ Flight back to Panama

Today, you will have the morning by your own, and in the afternoon you will be transferred to the Airstrip of

Bocas del Toro for your flight back to Panama City. One of our representatives will be waiting for you to

take you to your hotel. - Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10 - Depart Panama City

At a pre-arranged time, you will be assisted back to the airport for your departure flight.

The tour leaves from Albrook Airport and continues along the Canal through the Pacific Locks to Colon. On

the flight, passengers will enjoy views of the Canal including new construction, the Centennial Bridge. Fur-

ther north, the Cut, Gamboa and Gatun Lake, where they can truly appreciate its magnitude, also the island of

Barro Colorado. The Helicopter then make a comfortable sweep over Colon, the port facilities, Free Zone,

and coast to the mouth of the Chagres River in the Atlantic and the majestic Fort San Lorenzo and then go to

the Gatun Locks. On approach to the airport in Albrook, they will appreciate the city, Cinta Costera, Amador
