Key Responsibility - Observing experienced teachers - Analysis and reflection of observed tasks - Assisting teachers as required My Take: -As part of my Diploma I got an opportunityto watch classes for 8 days. -Teachers used different strategies andmethodology to keep the children engagedand also making sure the lesson wasimparted beautifully. -The children at TISB are from differentnationalities and has a huge culturaldiaspora. -Use of different active and collaborativelearning techniques coupled with a varietyof starters and plenaries made the learningfun and easy. -I could see how differentiation wasintroduced beautifully among the variousgroups. Each child was learning in theirown unique way. -There was an overlap of activities whichreinforced the learning and alsoencouraged creativity and free thinkingamong the children.
