Q. How is $250 spent ? A. $250.00 donation will pay for education, housing, lodging & health care for one child for one year and will receive a picture and progress report of the child .
Q. How long will it take for me to get details of the child I will be supporting? A. It may take from 2 months to 6 months, depending on the location.Q. Can I specify a particular state where I would like to support a child in Bharat? A. Yes you can. We will do our best to fulfill your desire. If no match is found then we will assign a child from our current pool.
Q. How is the child selected? A. The child is selected by SAC volunteers from the list of assigned schools or hostels from our partner organizations.
Q. May I visit the child? A. Yes, most definitely. You are encouraged to do so. Write to the SAC director in USA prior to your visit to Bharat. .
Q. Can we write a letter to the child?A. Please do write to the child to show that you care. When you write letter to the you may expect a reply.
Q. How much is the administrative cost?A. The Administrative cost is Nine (9) %.
