The assembly will commence at 9:30am and will be held under the school shade cloth area. Some seating is provided, but we suggest that you bring your own chair for the proceedings. Please ensure you have turned off your mobile phone or have it on silent so that disruptions are minimal. Thank you for your consideration. Band 2014 Numbers are looking good for Music Lessons and our Band in 2014. If you haven't sent your contract back to Allan Ward, please do so ASAP. Contracts can be sent directly to Allan Ward Music or to the office. If you have not received a contract please contact either Mr Ward or Mrs Hookway. Junior Choir Performance Well done to all the Junior Choir members who performed for the 'National Seniors Meeting' at East Maitland Bowling Club, You all looked very proud to be representing our school. The audience was thoroughly entertained with a variety of songs including a few Christmas tunes. The National Seniors Organisation kindly donated $50 to our school, which will be used on future resources. enjoy the entertainment.

The more Assistance we have the quicker everyone can be

served.

December to assist with cooking and serving.

arranging the PA System and Cool Room for Carols Night.

The Uniform Shop is open every Thursday morning from

8:30am until 9am.

Anyone wishing to put their name down to volunteer in 2014

please do so, you will only be required once or twice a term.

Just a reminder; the new style microfiber bucket hats are

$14 each. They are the ONLY style hats that the EMPS

students are to wear and the ONLY style that the Uniform

Shop stocks! We do not stock, nor sell, the old style hat

anymore. Make sure you come in and grab one; they offer

great sun protection for your child.

Please keep in mind that the school's EFTPOS system is no

longer operational for Uniform Shop customers. You will

have to pay by cash or by cheque only until further notice.

Canteen News Presentation Day Friday 6th December - there will

be NO LUNCH ORDERS.

Party Day 12th December - there will be no lunch

orders on this day.

Last Day for lunch orders will be Friday 13th December.

Canteen will close on the 18th December. Students are able to buy from the canteen but NO LUNCH

ORDERS for the last week.

HELPERS NEEDED FOR 2014 We are in need of helpers for 2014. If you can spare

some time to help in the canteen it would be greatly

Come and enjoy a day at your child’s school, meeting new friends and enjoying lunch.

Any parents, grandparents, guardians or community members interested in helping out in the

School Canteen in 2014, please indicate which day suits on the chart below and return to the

School with your enrolment forms.

Hours will be 8:45am to 12.05pm, these hours being very flexible to suit. If you are unable to be on

a set day roster we are always in need of on-call helpers.

Due to insurance regulations, babies and pre-school aged children are unable to accompany you.

Your roster will be forwarded via your child and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
