EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Currently, educational institutions in countries around the world provide students with

various goals and desires and different educational experiences by organizing knowledge into

a standardized curriculum and implementing it through a uniform educational system. In the

evaluation process, they lead to widespread educational alienation and dissatisfaction relying

on quantitative indicators by rank. In addition, as information networks develop, hierarchies

or groups favorable for sharing and utilization of information are created, and as the gap

between other groups in the degree of information closeness and utilization increases,

education inequality is intensifying. In order to bridge the gap between inequality and

educational information, a decentralized alternative education platform is needed rather

than the existing centralized education system.

With the progress of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the prospect that the structure of society

will change and much of the future jobs will disappear is dominant due to advances in

artificial intelligence and automation. However, beyond simple knowledge storage and

information processing, destructive innovation ability, communication ability, creative

ability, etc. are emphasized and new jobs will increase accordingly. With the recent spread of

new coronavirus infections, a variety of non-face-to-face communication methods have

become commonplace, and in the field of education, the expansion of online education and

the interest in edutech is increasing, and the demand for education in new fields is

increasing. With these new changes, the demand for an educational platform that helps tailor

learning and growth for future generations and helps them settle for jobs is expected to

increase.

EduBlock Platform seeks to secure in-depth evaluation data by accumulating flawless and

reliable learning history information based on blockchain technology and to help make

customized learning design possible. Through blockchain technology, learners who are

information subjects can be guaranteed self-determination rights for learning information,

and learners' information rights can be guaranteed by using their lifelong learning growth

history as Maniedudata on the Edublock platform.

In order to bridge the serious educational gap, it is necessary to bridge the educational

information gap, which is the main mission of Edubloc platform. Through the platform,

learners can find their dreams and talents, set individual life goals, plan mid- to long-term

courses for appropriate learning, and continuously reduce the educational gap by

continuously receiving necessary educational information to reach the goals. Edubloc

Platform aims at a new educational platform that helps students learn and grow future

talents needed for the 4th Industrial Revolution, as well as accumulate reliable lifelong

learning history and bridge educational information gaps and inequality.

Edubloc platform is not just an online platform, but is connected to an offline network in the

education field. The Beautiful School Movement Headquarters, which is the parent of Edubloc

Platform, has been operating the Beautiful School Awards and Leadership Training Program

for the past 20 years, forming an extensive network in the education field. Edubloc Platform

shares a school network established by the Beautiful School Movement Headquarters, a

network of village learning and instructors, and a network of learning history management

experts. On the Rainbow platform, launched as the first service on Edubloc platform, the 4th

Industrial Revolution Future Competence Talent Selection Competition, Beautiful School

Awards, Learning Portfolio Competition, and Global Creators Competition will be held

on/offline competition in various fields. We plan to increase the influx of high users and

maximize the usability of the platform by allowing multiple users to use the platform

continuously. Also, in the operation of the platform, the project will be jointly conducted

through collaboration with the branch office of the Beautiful School Movement Headquarters

and the network of educational fields. In addition to the Rainbow platform,

Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation

systems, competency matching, and intelligent learning experiences, and build an intelligent

decentralized education ecosystem for the fourth industrial revolution by providing a step-

by-step service.

Edubloc platform issues Edubloc Platform Coin (EDP) and Point (SharePoint) for use in

payment system and incentive system. EDP tokens can be traded on the platform and

cryptocurrency exchanges, and SharePoint can be purchased with cash, etc. or obtained as a

reward for contributing to the activation of the ecosystem, which is a point that can be used

only inside the platform.

SharePoint is paid as a reward for all activities on the platform to encourage continuous

activities, and points collected in this way can be exchanged for EDP tokens after a certain

period of reservation since the application for return and converted into EDP tokens to be

cashed in cryptocurrency exchanges.

Edubloc Platform Coins and Points can be used to pay the cost of exchanging data and

information that forms the basis of the platform's socio-economic ecosystem and the usage

fee of all services connected to the platform. They can also be used to encourage the

participation of education consumers and education providers who have not yet joined the

platform.

Page 9: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

9

Edubloc Platform aims to become a new educational platform in the global education market

as well as in the domestic market. With the growth of this platform, EDP tokens can be

recognized as a digital asset capable of value growth, which will provide incentives for

demand creation and long-term storage. In addition, along with the growth of the platform of

Edubloc platform, EDP Coin will settle down as a sustainable digital asset and a new

educational currency that can be used in everyday life.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. GROWTH OF EDUTECH MARKET

Education Technology, which combines traditional education services with information and

communication technologies (ICT) such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual/augmented reality

(VR/AR), blockchain, robotics, and other learning experiences, is a technology whose growth

potential applied to future education services as a technology to provide various learning

experiences rather than existing experiences is highly valued.

The Edu-Tech market is expanding into a new market by converging the fourth industrial

revolution technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and blockchain

technology, while the existing simple learning management system (LMS) market is showing

the limit of growth. Is in the stage of growth in earnest.

The global Edutech market size is expected to grow by more than 12% annually from $125

billion in 2018 (178 trillion won), and the market size is expected to reach $420 billion (400

Page 10: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

trillion won) in 2025. In Korea, the Edutech market is expected to grow 2.5 times from 4 trillion

won in 2018 to 10 trillion won in 2025.

1.2. A NEW EDUCATIONAL ECOSYSTEM IN NON FACE TO FACE ERA

With the recent spread of the new coronavirus infection (KOVID-19), various ways of non-

face-to-face communication become commonplace, and the non-face-to-face era is

becoming a new normal. With the expansion of non-face-to-face online education, such as

remote regular classes in primary and secondary schools and colleges, interest in Edutech is

growing.

The future education ecosystem (eco-system), which enables creative learning using distance

education, is based on the establishment of a wireless Internet base in the school and the Bring

Your Own Device (BYOD), in which all learners own their own mobile devices. Based on this,

an intelligent learning experience system that educators and learners can use for teaching and

learning activities anytime, anywhere will be fully introduced. In the future education

ecosystem, an intelligent learning experience ecosystem to which technologies such as

blockchain, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and augmented reality are applied will be built

and learner data generated here will be utilized in various fields.

1.3. PROBLEMS OF PRESENT EDUCATION SYSTEM

1.3.1. FACTORY-FORMED SCHOOL AND STANDARDIZED EDUCATION SYSTEM

Since the 18th century, educational institutions in various countries have standardized

knowledge and systematized it into a curriculum and implemented it through a uniform

educational system to provide students with various goals and desires and other educational

experiences. In the evaluation process, they lead to widespread educational alienation and

dissatisfaction relying on quantitative indicators by rank.

In order to solve these problems, we can help our children build relevant competencies by

preliminarily experiencing the problems that actually occur in the tasks they will have in the

future through the process of learning. We should also help them accumulate qualitative

assessments that can predict how appropriate they can perform in future tasks. This is the

true direction of education that our education should pursue and the direction of true

evaluation.

1.3.2. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION GAP AND EDUCATION INEQUALITY

Page 12: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

12

Another problem with global education is serious educational inequality. The educational

information gap arises from the essential nature of the information network. As the

information network develops, hierarchies or groups that are beneficial for information

sharing and utilization will appear, and the gap with other groups in information closeness and

utilization will be greater. In order to grasp the in-depth meaning of learning data and bridge

the educational information gap, a decentralized alternative education platform is needed

rather than the existing centralized education system.

1.3.3. PROGRESS OF THE 4TH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION AND NEW JOBS

With the progress of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the prospect that the structure of society

will change due to advances in artificial intelligence and automation, and sooner or later, much

of the future jobs will disappear. However, throughout human history, technological

innovation continued to occur, but the total number of jobs did not decrease, and so did the

fourth industrial revolution. In terms of supply, job decline is inevitable, but it should be noted

that new jobs will be created due to increased desire to surpass it in terms of demand. In

particular, the human desire to achieve the desire of self-realization instead of the original

desire will erupt into the fourth industrial revolution. And personalized customized services

for this will be created by the development of a wide range of converged network intelligence

provided by artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things. This is why we can

predict that many new jobs will be created in the education sector.

Moreover, it should be noted that the 4th Industrial Revolution will be performed by networked

Page 13: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

13

AI, not the brain, for storing and processing knowledge. Naturally, there is growing skepticism

as to whether future education will secure future jobs through education that focuses on

knowledge storage and information processing. As a result, the destructive innovation ability,

communication ability, creative ability, etc. are emphasized, and thus the learning desire will

be strengthened and new jobs will be increased. Among them, the demand for an education

platform that will help the future generations to tailor and learn for future generations and

settle for jobs beyond the fourth industrial revolution is expected to grow.

1.4. MISSION

As an alternative to expanding private education and solving inefficient public education,

alternatives such as village education and civil education community are emerging. This has

been recognized as a way to reduce the educational gap and realize the ideal of holistic

education by satisfying various learning needs while learning and growing together across

schools and villages.

.

In order to expand the current public education to village education, it is necessary to convert

the school's comprehensive life record, which was only recorded by teachers at school, into a

record of children/youth growth recorded by all educators in the school and village. The new

lifelong learning history record has strong security and reliability through a blockchain in the

edublock platform. In addition, the sovereignty of the My Data record produced through the

Page 14: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

14

platform is given to the individual learner who is the subject of the actual information to

prevent unauthorized use without the consent of each subject. The EduBlock platform seeks

to secure in-depth evaluation data by accumulating incomplete and reliable learning history

information and to help make customized learning design possible.

In order to bridge the serious educational gap, it is necessary to bridge the educational

information gap. The educational information gap arises from the intrinsic properties of the

information network. As the information network develops, hierarchies or groups that are

advantageous for information sharing and utilization appear, and it causes a gap between

other groups in information closeness and utilization. Resolving this educational information

gap is the main mission of the Edublock platform, and through the platform, learners find their

dreams and meals, set individual life goals, and plan long-term courses of appropriate learning

according to these goals. You can have an opportunity to reflect on and evaluate whether the

planned mid-to-long-term process is correctly planned at each stage. In addition, learners

can close the educational gap by continuously providing necessary educational information to

reach their goals.

Edublock Platform aims to become a new educational platform that helps students learn and

grow future talents needed for the 4th Industrial Revolution, as well as accumulating reliable

lifelong learning history and resolving educational information gaps and inequality. Edublock

Platform intends to build an intelligent decentralized education ecosystem for the 4th Industrial

Revolution through an integrated platform that provides related services such as small

scholarships and competitions, competency matching, and intelligent learning experiences

based on blockchain technology.

2. FEATURE

2.1. ECOSYSTEM ELEMENT

The ecosystem of the Edubloc platform is composed of four groups: subjects, consumers,

suppliers, and operators of learning history information. In the platform, the subject of

learning information refers to customers such as students and parents, college students and

adults, and consumers include educational companies, book publishing, educational programs,

cyber content producers, local governments, countries and researchers. Suppliers include

educators (teachers, professors, instructors) and learning (school, academy) operators, and

the local governments and countries that represent them.

Various rewards are provided, such as rewards for providing information to learners who

understand and maintain the ecosystem, rewards for learning history management by

educators, rewards for reviewing learning and education programs, and providing prizes for

competitions and competitions. Profit models to provide such compensation include

sponsorships and sponsorships for competitions and competitions, advertising revenue,

learning history management consulting fees, learning content matching fees for each career,

system development and system usage fees, and in and out of schools and stores It will develop

and operate margins and payment fees for the purchase of its products as a business model.

Page 16: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

16

2.2. ADVANTAGE

2.2.1. HIGH SECURITY

All educational information, which is personal information, must be stored in encrypted form.

The current education information system administrator and the main agent of encryption are

education providers and education providers are generally composed of groups of several

people, so even if the education information is encrypted and stored, there may be several

people who can decrypt it. In fact, according to the results of one survey, the biggest cause of

the leakage of educational information was that it was caused by insider's intentional leakage

or mistake rather than hacking the system by outsiders.

The Edubloc platform grants access to education information to education consumers, not

education providers, to fundamentally block this possibility. Finally, it is designed so that only

the education consumer himself can decrypt his entire data, and he can freely set the access

right to education information and record it on the blockchain. Through this, the path through

which educational information can be leaked is minimized and there is no room for others to

participate. In addition, by preventing an education from leaking education information of

numerous education consumers at once through an institution, it is necessary to prevent the

frequent occurrence of large education information leakage accidents.

Page 17: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

17

2.2.2. HIGH RELIABILITY

Edublock platform stores educational information in a decentralized data store. In order to

prevent data loss, backup data is continuously generated and maintained, and the hash value

for the recorded data is recorded on the blockchain to verify the integrity of the data and to

use the backup data in case of forgery or alteration Recover data. Through this, even the

person who has the ownership and management authority of the data can not modify and

delete the data at will, thereby ensuring the integrity and reliability of the stored educational

information. The edublock platform also increases the reliability of data created by allowing

others to write training records only for those who have been certified through the education

provider certification system, and specifying the authors together in the records, then

verifying them through the blockchain. If the education provider wants to view the data of

others, it is possible only when the certification process has been completed, and the data

manager's approval is required for the access.

2.2.3. HIGH LEVEL OF TRANSPARENCY

The edublock platform records educational information and reading information by others on

the blockchain. In the current education provider-centered education information system, it

is difficult to know where and how individual education information is used, but when using

Page 18: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

18

the Edublock platform, it is more transparent to manage when, where, and for what purpose

the education information is used. Can be controlled. The access right to education records is

principally impossible to prevent malicious access by others by recording and managing the

education consumer on the blockchain through the Edublock platform.

2.2.4. HIGH INTEROPERABILITY

Edublock platform stands for open platform. Various application programs can be freely

connected based on educational data and information stored in the platform. Education

information can be easily used for data exchange and transaction through the Edublock

platform because it already has a unified standard or can be interchanged without difficulty.

The Edublock platform adopted a method to increase interoperability by taking a method that

supports various standards and enables mutual conversion. To this end, Edublock Platform

plans to provide APIs that conform to various standards as standard, and supports

development environments based on solutions or data formats used by educational institutions

or educators that support various standards. Edublock platform can have more

interoperability than current educational information system based on extensibility based on

various international standards.

Page 19: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

19

2.2.5. HIGH ACCESSIBILITY

Edublock Platform's education provider qualification system allows educators and educational

institutions to be certified as a role distinct from the general public.

The Edublock platform stores all educational information in a decentralized database so that

users can conveniently access it anytime, anywhere through an Internet connection. Currently,

in many cases, access from outside the educational institution is limited, and even when

providing services that are accessible from outside, it is limited to providing limited services.

The edublock platform lowers dependence on individual educational institutions and provides

high access to educational information to education consumers by providing an educational

information system that is independent of any educational institution.

2.2.6. IDEAL INTEGRATED EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM CENTERED

ON EDUCATION CONSUMERS

Edublock Platform paradoxically integrates data using a blockchain symbolized by

decentralization. The edublock platform integrates and stores and manages education records

created by educational institutions as well as education data generated by education

consumers who are education information consumers (User-Generated Educational Record,

UGER). Devices that generate various educational information outside the educational

institution as well as personally recorded contents can be easily stored on the platform. This

integrated and stored education information can be widely used from general learning history

to personalized mobile education history service.

Page 20: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

20

Information is centralized in the current learning history data, so it cannot be linked to various

learning sites and educators. However, with the permission of the learner through the edublock

platform, my data can be shared with learners and educators, and since the details of creation

and modification based on the blockchain technology are transparently disclosed, trust in this

information is naturally formed. In addition, if the platform's ecosystem system is used,

learners and educators can easily create an innovative educational ecosystem by allowing

learners to voluntarily record learning history information.

2.3. MY DATA: INFORMATON HUMAN RIGHTS GUARANTEE OF

LEARNERS

Administrative actions related to the creation, collection, storage, and transfer of individual

learners' personal information essentially belong to the learner's basic rights and require the

consent of the information subject (students and parents). Even if the legal basis for

administrative actions such as collecting, recording, analyzing and transferring information

without the consent of the information subject is legal, it cannot be denied that the information

subject is essentially a learner. Through blockchain technology, the learner who is the

information subject can guarantee the right to be notified of the information about the

collection of personal information and the right to self-determination of information, and the

collection of sensitive information can guarantee the basic right with the consent of the

information subject. It is a means. The edublock platform does not regard this as a personal

information management, but rather as a personal growth history, and removes the prejudice

that is taken for granted in school, and recognizes and guarantees that each person's growth

Page 21: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

21

history is a sovereignty guaranteed to them.

2.4. BENEFITS OF A BLOCKCHAIN-BASED LEARNIG MOTIVATION

SYSTEM

2.4.1. INSTANT REWARDS AND REWARDS FOR VARIOUS PARTICIPANTS

It is most effective in motivating systems to compensate as soon as an action occurs. If a

blockchain-based digital token is utilized, it can be used effectively as a device that encourages

learning activities or induces learning history management because it can instantly reward

rewards for every activity related to learning history management.

The digital token-based motivation system is not only for parents/students, but also for

participants in the educational ecosystem, such as instructors in village learning centers that

produce learning history, authenticators who certify the validity of history management

activities, and learning instructors who encourage history management activities. Rewards can

be provided to all of the various participants. Through this, it is possible to induce active

participation of the entire learning community and activate the learning ecosystem.

2.4.2. REWARDS EVEN FOR VERY FINE ACTIVITIES

Since the digital token-based motivation system can also compensate for a small amount, it

Page 22: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

22

can reward a wide variety of learning history management activities or assistive actions. For

example, commenting on and complimenting a comment posted by another student can also

be an activity that encourages management of learning history.

2.4.3. POSSIBILITY OF MEASURING COMPENSATION EFFECT AND VERIFYING

USAGE HISTORY

Blockchain-based digital tokens can be traced to the usage history because the transaction

details remain transparent. In addition, it is possible to check with data what type of

compensation is effective and which type of compensation is less cost-effective. Such data can

help improve and refine the compensation system.

2.4.5. MEASURES TO PREVENT ABUSING

In constructing a motivation system, it is very important to prevent abusing. Accordingly,

various methods such as limiting the total amount of compensation for activities, limiting the

amount of daily compensation, limiting the number of participation, and introducing an

effective number of participation system will be considered.

integration operation is the intelligent MyEdudata platform.

4.1. ON-LINE COMPETITION PATFORM (RAINBOW PLATFORM)

The Rainbow platform will be launching as a decentralized competition platform launched by

EduBloc as the first service.

On the competition platform, the 4th Industrial Revolution future competency talent selection

competition, learning portfolio competition, global creator competition, etc. will be held

on/offline competition in various fields to increase the influx of highly active users, and a large

number of users We plan to maximize the usability of the platform by continuously using the

platform.

4.1.1. MEANING OF RAINBOW PLATFORM

28

4.1.2. STRUCTURE OF RAINBOW PLATFORM

4.1.3. BENEFITS OF RAINBOW PLATFORM

1) Transparency and reliability of the competition process

The competition and competition contests are not conducted inside the host

company, but a number of voluntary participation and democratic voting methods

can be used to increase the transparency and reliability of the competition process.

The selection of the top winners can be made by the votes of the judges, or the

Page 29: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

29

winners can be selected by the number of points obtained from multiple point

donors.

2) Online competition management regardless of external environment changes

Offline contests are sensitive to external environmental changes, but on the Rainbow

platform, the entire process of contests is conducted online, so it can be operated at

any time regardless of external environmental changes.

3) Automated system operation reduces progress costs

The offline competition takes a lot of cost to rent the venue, install equipment, and

operate the event, but the Rainbow Platform hosts a contest or competition at a very

low cost through online content reception, automated screening, and awards. can do.

4) Compensation for participants and transparent execution of funds

The rainbow platform provides incentive points to all participants, not only the winners, but

also the contestants and judges, and through this reward system, it is possible to induce

voluntary and active participation. In addition, the accumulated points and voting results can

be checked in real time. Prizes, scholarships, and grants are immediately executed by the

system, so transparency of fund execution can be improved.

30

4.1.4. RAINBOW PLATRORM PARTICIPANT

1) Event Operator: It is divided into organizer and organizer, and the main

communication target of the Edublock platform is mainly the organizer. EduBloc does

not judge organizers who have progressed more than twice, but it is a rule to approve

the installation of the platform by preliminary screening for the first or second

tournament.

2) Event sponsor: Primarily refers to an organization, organization, or company that

performs compensation such as listing, prize, and support. In principle, it is a principle

to make a pre-smart contract with a sponsor or a subject, but a smart contract may

be signed by EduBloc's own fund.

3) Event sponsor: An organization or company that advertises or sponsors advertising.

Edublock has advertising rules for the app or web, and the sponsor coordinator should

apply it.

4) Competitors: Refers to candidates and winners. The competing party must

demonstrate the integrity of the information it has posted and must be permissible for

its disclosure and reputation. In addition, the prerequisites for sponsors and sponsors

should be observed, and any agreements should be followed.

Page 31: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

31

5) Judges: Judges are divided into public review and expert review, and public review is

divided into related field reviewers and general reviewers. Appraisers in related fields

should mention at least their learning and job relevance in related fields in their

introduction.

6) Visitors: General members are allowed to attend all competitions or competitions.

However, when expressing opinions or participating in the evaluation, the relevance of

the relevant competition or competition must be proved.

7) Platform Coordinator: As an Edubloc platform operator, he supports and monitors the

competition and reports the progress to the company. In the event of a violation of

order or violation of laws or regulations in the competition process within the system,

individual correction or suspension of the whole may be made.

4.2. MICRO SCHOLARSHIP SYSTEM

Small-term scholarship is a method that increases the convenience of the process of creating

and awarding scholarships through collective small-scale funding through simple payment

and crowdfunding. In this system, learners design their own learning plans, post their learning

projects online, and request scholarship support from sponsors and donors.

Page 32: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

32

<Micro Scholarship System business model>

By utilizing blockchain technology in the small scholarship system, you can transparently

manage scholarships, donations, and investments that are operated on the platform and

increase the safety of the overall system, and increase the reliability of users based on these

advantages.

Based on the Small Scholarship Platform, many users can share projects and learning

experiences with each other online and motivate them through instant rewards, and expect

activation of the service through voluntary participation of these users.

You can revitalize your self-directed learning culture by simply getting help from parents,

relatives, local governments and governments in carrying out the necessary learning

experiences in the process of realizing your life goals. In addition, it is possible to reduce the

blind spot of scholarships by the efforts of ordinary citizens by procuring various expenses for

learning experiences that students cannot acquire through free public education through

micro-donation.

Page 33: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

33

4.3. COMPETENCY MATCHING SYSTEM

It is planned to open in the second half of 2020 as a system for matching mentors, coaches,

and instructors at a short distance to strengthen learners' capabilities.

4.3.1. NECESSITY OF COMPETENCY MATCHING SYSTEM

A lot of education is already going on outside the school village. There are various educational

programs ranging from education programs individually administered by local governments

to environmental education, unification education, career education, personality education,

sex education, and learning methodology education, which are conducted by government

ministries according to the characteristics of each ministry. The problem is that such

education is being carried out in a fragmentary and fragmentary manner, and the

disadvantage is that only the children of parents who are eager to search for information or

children who have acquired information at an accidental opportunity can use it. Information

gaps are occurring in education because information is not organized properly. In addition,

these educations have the problem of not being properly incorporated into the children's

learning history due to the absence of records or loss of records, despite generating important

educational effects for children.

To solve this problem, 1) it is possible to gather information related to various educational

programs that are being conducted around villages and communities and find them in a single

Page 34: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

34

space to increase information accessibility, 2) to register and participate easily, and 3) to

participate in education. It makes it easy to leave the history of the program.

To achieve this goal, Edublock Platform will launch a competency matching platform to

increase information accessibility, increase education participation rates, and provide services

that can be easily linked to learning history management.

4.3.2. FEATURES OF COMPETENCY MATCHING SYSTEM

Through this platform, learners can find the closest learning centers to their homes by

personal or joint purchase by type, and they can apply for the courses as well as government-

supported learning programs. Afterwards, you can evaluate the satisfaction level of the course

and make it possible to view the results. Learners can easily access college entrance and

employment data, and can perform personality type tests and vocational interest tests to

design their learning history. It is also possible to organize communities such as learning clubs

for each career that can share related knowledge.

In addition, learner operators, educators, and instructors will use this platform as a window to

promote their learning program, receive convenience when registering for classes, and leave

the student's evaluation records. In the case of learning coordinators and school teachers,

students/parents can view various information approved by the public, and enable specific

and effective counseling through the information. Furthermore, it is possible to freely produce

and load content, and it can help build trust in village learning sites and schools through

linkage with schools.

4.4. STUDYING-CAREER SYSTEM AND MY-EDU-DATA

4.4.1. STUDYING-CAREER

The learning history refers to the records created in the course of learners' learning, and

exists in various forms, from graduation certificates or diplomas to commendations and

participation certificates. Learning history information refers to cumulative information about

learners' learning processes and their performance. Learners can make their own learning

plans or mid- to long-term learning designs by looking up their learning history information,

and learners can provide better curriculum through information analysis of learners.

4.4.2. MY EDU DATA

'MyData' is a series of processes in which an individual who is an information subject actively

manages and controls his/her information and actively utilizes it in personal life, including

credit management, asset management, and even health management. , 2018.). In other words,

it is a new concept of data management system that enables individuals to collect, store, and

manage personal data generated through their personal information and social and economic

activities in their entire life. Although the concept of My Data has been proposed relatively

recently, introduction discussions are actively being conducted in all areas of production such

as finance, medical and health, and personal activity records. Since the education area also

deals with a lot of personal information, the concept of my data is expected to be accepted as

soon as possible.

Page 37: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

37

4.4.3. CURRENT STATUS OF MY DATA IN EDUCATION

Currently, the Ministry of Education manages learner's learning history information through

the Educational Administration Information System (NEIS) and lifelong learning account

system, and the independent information human rights of learners are limited in recording,

modifying, and disposing of information. Web linking is also almost impossible to use.

Moreover, as learners' learning needs are diversified and actual learning activities are

diversified, it is difficult to record and manage their learning history with centralized

management. In particular, the record of personal activity experiences, such as discussions,

experiences, and presentations, should eventually be made by the individual learner, and

requires independent rights to modify, dispose, or transfer this information. When this is

accumulated, learners can make rational and systematic educational evaluation and future

design with the help of artificial intelligence assistants.

Learners will go through kindergarten, elementary and secondary schools, universities, and

adult-level curriculum, and they will grow through a wide range of out-of-school experiences

ranging from school education to homes, villages, academies, and businesses. It is put into the

workplace. However, in most countries, designing school education by national and local

governments and learning experience data are managed by each institution, so learning

history information is fragmented for each school level, and information about various

educational activities outside school is partially It is only created and saved. As a result, the

more the learning history information is fragmented, the more the process and evaluation of

Page 38: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

38

learning becomes not quantified, but rather quantified and convenient, which results in

deteriorating the quality of education.

< A person's lifelong learning ecosystem and participants >

4.4.4. IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING INFORMATION HUMAN RIGHTS

In the past, education in the early modernization needed to memorize and master the

knowledge of Western success, but now, in order to succeed in a complex, diverse and rapidly

changing situation, creative convergence skills are required. To this end, learners can find

their dreams and meals, set appropriate life goals, plan the mid- to long-term courses of

appropriate learning according to these goals, and manage their own learning history

information to reflect on whether these mid- and long-term plans are appropriate at each

stage. Is needed.

Page 39: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

39

To this end, learners must be able to request security and certification of their learning history

from each educational institution, such as a school, and record and manage the history or

experience that is not linked to the national system directly and data that is difficult to be

authenticated as an asset. You should be able to. Whether or not to disclose the learning

history data can be set only by the learner who is the owner of the data, and it must be possible

to set the whole, or only to a specific receiving institution.

4.4.5. NECESSITY OF INTEGRATED STUDYING-CAREER PLATFORM

Learner's learning history information is needed not only for school institutions such as

kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, university, etc., but also

after school, village school, academy, etc., and even for cyber learning that occurs on a

personal PC and mobile health information. Information is also needed.

Therefore, learners can receive more in-depth and sophisticated learning history information

by downloading the information from each institution and storing it in a personal crowd and

reading it from the system to analyze, process, and process the data.

Page 40: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

40

<My-Edu-Data Platform Construction model>

4.5 GOAL OF MY DATA PLATFORM

The goal of the MyEdudata platform is to build an integrated information system of learning

history over a lifetime, support personalized learning design, and build an educational

community that helps to improve life skills. The core content of the platform is to build an

ecosystem for the collection, management, and utilization of learning history management

data in the concept of my data. Through this platform, learners can independently generate

learning history information, integrate information through downloading information from

educational institutions, and provide appropriate incentives, consulting, and scholarships to

these activities.

Page 41: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

41

4.6. INTELLIGENT LEARNING EXPERIENCE PLATFORM (LEARNING

EXPERIENCE PLATFORM)

4.6.1. BLOCKCHAIN-BASED DAI(DEVICE AIDED INSTRUCTION)

When building a cloud-based collective intelligence learning system using blockchain

technology, it is possible to build a student-centered active and creative learning

environment. Class participation is possible using any personal device regardless of time

and place, and decentralized and objective evaluation can be conducted in real-time

throughout the class through a blockchain-based evaluation system. Such a personal

device learning support system will ultimately enable an intelligent learning experience

platform through personalized learning using artificial intelligence

4.6.2. LEARNING MOTIVATION SYSTEM IN INTELLIGENT LEARNING EXPERIENCE

SYSTEM

Currently, our schools are conducting various team project trainings to cultivate life

leadership and cooperative skills. By linking this to various types of scholarships, budgets, etc.,

students who participate in team project classes are provided with scholarships based on the

project performance, so students can plan projects themselves, draw collaboration with the

village, and announce the results. It is necessary to make efforts to develop competency in a

similar environment.

Select a teacher who wants to strengthen student initiative and collaboration by planning a

project-type class and linking it with a practical evaluation reward, and utilize it in a system

that can evaluate project performance and individual contribution based on blockchain

technology and start-up funds and evaluation reward You can build a digital token system that

Page 42: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

42

can be.

In particular, entrepreneurship education, art education, etc.-It is a class that can exchange

learning outcomes financially, or it can be used in a class to link learning welfare vouchers

and projects in welfare programs such as multicultural, single parents, and low income. All

activities that occur among mutual members of the team participating in the project (team

leaders, purchasing, research, meetings, role related to the project, registration of results,

mutual evaluation of results, etc.) are recorded on the blockchain and linked with the digital

incentive reward system It can be used for final team performance and relative evaluation

within the team.

5. TECHNICAL DETAILS OF EDUBLOC PLATFORM

5.1. PLATFORM STRUCTURE (PLATFORM STRUCTURE)

Edublock platform consists of three layers: Blokchain Layer, Middle Layer, and Application

Layer.

Page 43: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

43

5.1.1. BLOKCHAIN LAYER

The Blokchain layer is an educational data network of the Edublock platform and is a

distributed database that can secure data using the latest encryption technology. Since the

amount of data that can be stored in the blockchain is very limited, a separate storage is

required to efficiently store educational data, which is provided by the Blokchain layer. Since

education data generated and delivered in the Edublock Platform Application is usually

encrypted and delivered in the Edublock Platform Application layer through the Edublock

Platform SDK, anyone other than the education data owner who can decrypt the data can

access the contents of the actual data. I cannot read it. The Blokchain layer can be accessed

Page 44: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

44

through the Middle layer. In addition, it is equipped with a backup and recovery system for

data stored in the Blokchain layer so that data can be safely stored without loss.

5.1.2. MIDDLE LAYER

Middle layer provides all core functions for connecting Edublock platform application and

Blokchain and managing user information. Middle layer uses Blokchain as engine and provides

data input/output function through connection with Blokchain, edublock platform based on

the above information. Internally, it can be largely divided into a smart contract based on EVM

(Ethereum Virtual Machine), and a part that connects the application and the Blokchain. The

smart contract contains account information, including education information, and links to

education information in Blokchain. The Edublock platform aims to lower the operating cost

of the platform by minimizing the amount of data stored in the Blokchain including smart

contracts, thereby reducing the cost that can be incurred.

5.1.3. APPLICATION LAYER

This includes all application programs that manage and utilize educational information

through the Edublock platform, and includes all types of application programs that run in

Page 45: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

45

environments such as mobile, app, and web. These applications can access data in the platform

through the middle layer. We plan to provide SDKs to make app development easier and faster,

and through this, we can easily create applications that can be connected to the Edublock

platform. Even if you do not use the SDK, you can develop an application program that can be

connected to the edubloc platform if you follow the API and protocol to be released along with

the platform in the future.

Page 46: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

46

5.2. PLATFORM COMPONENTS

Edublock Platform is an EVM-based decentralized application (DApp). EVM is not perfect, but

it is currently being used most actively for the development of smart contracts. Therefore,

implementation based on EVM in terms of time, cost, versatility, and reliability is much more

efficient than constructing a blockchain network on its own and creating a platform based on

it. In addition, development based on EVM means that it can theoretically be executed on not

only Ethereum (ETH), but also various blockchain platforms that support EVM. Therefore,

according to the technical conditions of these various blockchain platforms, there is an

advantage of being able to flexibly select a platform capable of running the edublock platform.

Among these platform blockchains, Ethereum is the fastest scalable platform with the largest

market share among platforms supporting EVM. For this reason, Edublock platform uses

Ethereum as the main platform.

Edublock Platform plans to develop its own main platform that can exceed the processing speed

and performance limitations of the Ethereum platform to accommodate various needs of users

as the Edublock platform ecosystem grows in the future.

There are three types of information covered by the Edublock platform: EDP information,

personal information, and education information. It would be great if all the information could

be stored on the blockchain, but due to realistic constraints such as cost, storage capacity,

performance, etc., personal information, education information, etc., which have a relatively

large capacity, are external to the blockchain to minimize the information stored directly on

Page 47: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

47

the blockchain. It is stored in an encrypted form and only the hash value for it is recorded on

the blockchain. As the data storage, a decentralized storage constructed based on the Inter

Planetary File System (IPFS) is used.

5.2.1. ACCOUNT

Depending on the purpose, the accounts created on the Edubloc platform can be divided into

education consumer (education consumer, parent, adult, etc.) accounts, education provider

(educator, learner operator, etc.), and education information consumer (research center,

company, etc.) accounts. All of these accounts are technically created and operated in the

same way, but require different functions, privileges, and reliability depending on differences

in actual roles in the edubloc platform ecosystem.

Page 48: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

48

< Edubloc Platform Account >

In the case of education providers and education information consumers, separate

certification is required. This distinction is made to distinguish between information recorded

by education providers and information generated by education information consumer

accounts. In the case of education consumer accounts, access to others' accounts is

prohibited in principle. However, there may be cases where the account is managed on behalf

of education consumers, etc., which is difficult to directly use the Edublock platform, so access

to another person's account and management of the education information can be managed

only with the permission of the account holder. Make it possible. In some cases, it may be

difficult for education consumers to pass authentication information or lose the means of

verification.

In this case, the education consumer can designate a representative who can access a specific

situation in the account, and the education provider has the authority to access the education

consumer's information with the approval of the education consumer or the education

Page 49: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

49

consumer's agent. If you want to view other people's educational information, there are two

main categories. In the first case, the education provider requests access to education services,

and in the second, there may be cases in which education services are developed using

education information. The consumer of education information is the latter, of course, but in

this case also requires separate authentication and account holder approval to prove himself.

5.2.2. EDUCATION PROVIDER CREDENTIAL SYSTEM

Edublock Platform has an education provider authentication system to differentiate education

providers from education consumers. In order for the information existing on the edublock

platform to have a practical value, it must be proved that the creator of educational data is an

educator. In the case of educational institutions, it is necessary to confirm whether or not they

are certified. If it is proved that the written record is a record made by the education provider,

the record can naturally have a higher value.

The Edublock platform is a hybrid that combines the existing centralized method of directly

authenticating from a trusted organization and the decentralized method of authenticating

peer-to-peer (P2P) from an already authenticated person. In this way, the qualification system

is operated. In order to increase the credibility of the credential, the P2P method requires the

authenticator to hang a certain EduPoint (EP) in the form of a deposit when participating in the

authentication process, and rewards the participant who honestly authenticates accordingly.

Page 50: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

50

Fines.

The result of P2P certification is finally decided by the votes of the certification participants.

On the other hand, for certification cases requested by consumers who purchase data such as

employment agencies for a fee, it is also possible to pay a certain number of peer experts for

verification and to be certified.

5.2.3. STORAGE

Because the size of the learning history recorded in the form of electronic documents is very

small, it is difficult to exceed the category of several megabytes, but the size of images and

video information can reach tens or hundreds of megabytes, and sometimes it can be larger.

It is undesirable to store all this data on the blockchain.

Therefore, the Edublock platform encrypts data using a private key in a form that only the

user can decrypt, and then stores it in an o-blockchain storage and stores the hash value for

this data in the blockchain. Storage The storage protocol, as mentioned earlier, plans to build

and use its own data network based on IPFS.

The user can store his/her personal device (cell phone, computer, etc.) as the primary data

storage and additionally store training information in a non-blockchain storage corresponding

to the Edublock platform Core. In addition, various customized learning history information

services can be easily used based on the stored data.

The integrity of the stored data is verified through hash information stored in the blockchain.

Users may lose data managed through their personal devices for various reasons. The

Page 51: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

51

smartphone or computer on which data is stored may malfunction or disappear, or the data

may be deleted or some may be lost. In this case, Edublock Platform provides its own backup

system. Edublock platform provides education information storage for free to all users. Even

if an average user stores all his or her history records, it is difficult to exceed the size of the

free education information store.

If the size of the user's history record exceeds the free storage, the Edublock platform provides

additional capacity at a very low cost. For all these repositories, the Edublock platform

complies with international education information management standards.

5.2.4. SEARCH SYSTEM

Data search function is provided through the middle layer of the edublock platform. This is

one of the core functions provided by the Edublock platform, and you can use this search

function when you want to obtain educational information of others that meet certain

conditions. To this end, the Edublock platform operates its own search system.

All users have the right to deny their information being disclosed or searched. Therefore, this

search system is basically only for users who are allowed to search. The user can set search

conditions including whether to allow the search and items to be searched.

When the user allows the search, the edublock platform search system stores index

information about the user's data. A consumer of education information can search for a user

who has the desired data through a search system, and can trade data in the form of P2P

through a smart contract with the data owner.

Education consumers who don't want their data to be retrieved directly from the Edublock

platform search system, but are still willing to sell or donate the data if they meet the criteria,

can participate in data transactions in a slightly different way.

If you want to get other people's data, you can notify the EduBlock platform network by

specifying the conditions of the data you are looking for and the compensation requirements

for providing the data through the EduBlock platform real-time search system. Individual

users can participate in data transactions through the push alarm function after determining

whether their data meets this condition on their personal devices. All of these functions are

done in the background so that they can be performed without active user participation.

6. EDP : TOKEN MODEL AND TOKEN ECONOMY

6.1. TOKEN MODEL AND PAYMENT SYSTEM

The payment system and incentive system that will operate within the Edublock platform are

composed of two types: EDP (Edublock Platform Coin, EDuPaltform Token) and SharePoint

(SharePoint, Sharing Point). EDP token is an Ethereum mainnet ERC-20 cryptocurrency, which

includes functions to manage smart contracts, anonymity, account control, etc., and can be

traded on platforms and cryptocurrency exchanges. SharePoint is a point that can be acquired

through credit card, cash, EDP, etc. or as a reward for contributing to the activation of the

ecosystem, and can be used only within the platform.

6.1.1. COIN

Edublock Platform Coin can be used to pay the cost of exchanging data and information that

forms the basis of the platform's socio-economic ecosystem and the usage fee of all services

connected to the platform. It can also be used to encourage the participation of education

consumers and education providers who have not yet joined the platform.

Platform participants can advertise to other users through the platform, which can be paid by

EDP. The platform fee is basically free, but a separate fee is paid for EDP going through data

transactions and the amount raised through cloud funding, which is collected in Edu token

pool.

Page 54: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

54

EDP tokens are issued only in limited quantities, and can be traded on cryptocurrency

exchanges as well as platforms. EDP is interchangeable with SharePoint, and the exchange rate

is calculated from the average price of EDP tokens worldwide exchanges.

When purchasing SharePoint using EDP rather than cash or credit card, incentives are

provided, and the expansion of these incentives continues to generate demand for EDP.

Through this, it can be recognized that the EDP token is a digital asset that can grow in value

as the platform expands. In addition, expectations for an increase in the value of tokens will

create demand for EDP and induce long-term storage.

Edublock Platform's online and offline affiliates for tokens and points are increased, and

businesses that utilize them in all areas of educational services are promoted to provide the

value of the coins to be traded and enable them to be used in everyday life. I can expect.

6.1.2. SHAREPOINT

SharePoint is a cash equivalent point to be used within the edublock platform, and there is no

limit on the number of issued. It has a fixed value of 10 points = 1 won (10SHP = 1KRW).

SharePoint is a point that can be purchased with cash, credit card, etc. or as a reward for

activities on the platform, and can only be used inside the platform.

SharePoint is a payment method with a fixed value for payment within the platform, and direct

transactions are not possible on cryptocurrency exchanges. A small amount of SharePoint is

paid for all activities within the platform to encourage continuous activity. Points collected in

this way can be converted into EDP tokens after a period of reservation after conversion

request, and can be cashed in the cryptocurrency exchange, and SharePoint acquired

Page 55: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

55

temporarily under certain conditions may be destroyed if not used for a certain period of time.

SharePoint cannot be taken out of the platform, but can be transferred to other users within

the platform. The reason why the Edublock platform operates a point system separately from

EDP is the minimum objective indicator that can be used to judge the reliability of

counterparties in trading sensitive personal information, such as educational information,

with others, including educational institutions and companies. To equip the system.

SharePoint can be used as an indicator of how much it has contributed to the platform

ecosystem, but SharePoint does not represent the educational achievement or skill level of

education providers. In terms of education consumers, SharePoint can be used as a reference

indicator in selecting an education provider, but it should not be used as an absolute indicator.

SharePoint basically increases in proportion to the contribution to the platform. In the case of

education providers, SharePoint is paid as a reward for contributing to the creation of

educational information. In the case of education consumers, the integration and management

of the education information written in this way using the Edublock platform is a contribution

to the platform, so you will receive SharePoint as a reward for this. The degree of compensation

is determined by the type of educational information and the amount of points held by the

author at the time of writing. Overall, the payment scale of SharePoint for the contribution of

participants in the platform increases proportionally up to a certain scale to activate the

ecosystem, but after the ecosystem is stabilized, it is controlled through a log function within

a certain range.

6.2. COIN ECONOMY OPERATION

¡Token economy in Edublock Platform ecosystem operates as follows.

1. EDP issued by EduBloc platform is used as a medium between all economic activities and

users in EduBloc mobile/web-based apps, but due to the nature of cryptocurrency, minor

children and adolescents who cannot use coins are converted to SharePoint within each

platform. Can be used.

2. EDP coins that are converted and consumed in economic activities (cloud funding, purchase

of education-related content/items, learning consulting, advertisements, etc.) in the Edublock

Page 58: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

58

platform are transferred to Reserve.

3. Sharepoint does not limit the amount of issuance. SharePoint can be converted back to EDP.

At this time, the EDP stored in the Reserve is delivered to the user, and the SharePoint

converted to EDP is incinerated and cannot be re-distributed.

4. EDP can be exchanged on listed domestic and foreign exchanges, and the value exchanged

with SharePoint within the Edublock platform is flexible according to the changing market price.

The initial listing price of the exchange is expected to be 1EDP=10KRW, and the exchange rate

between tokens and points is 1EDP=100 share points.

6.3. TOKEN DISTRIBUTION

1. The total supply of tokens is 1,000,000,000 EDP (10 billion).

2. 30% of the issued volume is allocated to investors, out of 30%, 10,000,000~100,000,000 EDP

is distributed to general investors as pre-sale and listed on domestic and foreign exchanges,

and the remaining investors are allocated to institutional investors and funds at home and

abroad.

3. 10% of the issued volume is allocated to strategic alliance partners, partner organizations,

branch offices, etc., and 15% is allocated to founders and teams, technology and law, and

accounting advisors.

4. The detailed allocation of tokens is decided by the consultation of the related parties such

as the entrepreneurship team, advisors, partners, etc. The contents of the contract for token

payment and the list of token holders managed by the company must match.

Page 59: Edubloc Platformedubloc.io/edubloc_whitepaper_en.pdf · Edubloc Platform plans to develop related systems such as small scholarship donation systems, competency matching, and intelligent

59

5. To protect investor value, tokens from the remaining distribution and company shares can

be incinerated. The incineration of tokens will be done by Edubloc Platform Inc. In accordance

with the resolution of the board of directors, the contents of the incineration policy must be

disclosed before the incineration date.

6.6. TOKEN SALE

In the case of EDP tokens, we do not conduct ICOs in Korea, and after selling only through

angel investment, private sale, and pre-sale, they are listed on the exchange immediately and

take a strategy to maximize the exchangeability of initial participants. However, it is possible

to conduct the token sale in countries where possible, and in this case, the timing of the coin's

sale will be decided later in consultation with a local partner.
