What is Friendster?

● A social media forum that allows users from all over the world to share media and contact other users that inhabit the site.

○ Contacts can be maintained through the site therefore friendships/relationships can be created.

○ Used as a dating site as well as a way to keep updated on new events and hobbies (ex. Concerts, painting)

○ An innovative way to discover new music, games, and many other sources of online media.

Kakao Talk is a free app on any smartphone that allows its users to send messages, videos, pictures, and even call through the app. What makes the app stand out from everything else is that the user is able to contact friends all over the world! 12
