Jonas was born in Stockholm, Sweden, and grew up in Asia and Europe. He has three university degrees: a Master of Business Administration degree from

Loyola Marymount University, a Master of International Affairs degree from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Fontbonne College. Jonas has worked and lived in numerous locations throughout the world before moving to the United States in 1994. He spent his first 10 years in the brokerage industry working both as a manager and a financial advisor for Edward Jones Investments. Jonas also volunteered a trainer and mentor for new brokers. He joined A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, in October 2006. Jonas provides clients guidance with portfolio asset allocation. He is married to Suzie and has three children: Hanna, Lena and Kaj. In the community, Jonas volunteers as a board member for a local nonprofit organization.

Kyle grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin, and has lived in Chicago, Indianapolis and Ireland. He works primarily with domestic securities, equity/

income mutual funds and stocks, and advisory products as well as individual and corporate retirement plans. Kyle’s previous experience includes working as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley and as a financial advisor and owner at Leipold Financial Services. He holds Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 securities registrations and has a life insurance license. Kyle graduated from Butler University and attended graduate school at the University of Ireland, Galway. He and his wife, Melissa, live in Cedarburg with their four children: Cora, Iva, Mara and Everett. Kyle is a member of the Milwaukee Athletic Club and the Bucketworks nonprofit organization. In November 2016, Kyle was appointed to the board of directors for the Minnesota Wild hockey club of the National Hockey League.

Away from the office, Kyle enjoys playing in spring and summer softball leagues, following the NHL, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Kaj graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in the spring of 2016, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. Soon

after, he was hired by RBC Wealth Management and began the firm’s financial advisor trainee program. Through this program, he obtained his Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations.

Since completing this program, Kaj has taken on the more technical side of wealth management planning. His expertise is in WealthPlan and eMoney planning software. The RBC WealthPlan helps deliver an all-encompassing financial wealth plan to our clients. In 2018, he plans to begin studying to obtain his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification to further expand his knowledge of the financial services industry.

He previously has worked for First Midwest Securities and A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, prior to coming to RBC Wealth Management. Mike helps support the team administratively, assists in transacting client accounts and provides excellent customer service for our clients.

Mike lives with his wife, Anna, and son, Tyler, in Grafton. He enjoys spending time with them in addition to visiting family in the UP, fishing in the summer while there, and rooting for the Packers, Bucks and Brewers.

Malia HaskinsVice President, Manager, Internal WM Strategies

Malia is a vice president and wealth strategist for RBC Wealth Management. Based in Minneapolis, she serves as a resource for financial advisors

for understanding their clients’ financial objectives, gathering information and determining strategies for complex financial and wealth strategies issues for high-net-worth clients in the firm’s central division.

As part of her responsibilities, Malia works with RBC Wealth Management financial advisors to develop appropriate wealth management solutions for clients in the areas of estate planning, retirement planning, stock option planning, charitable giving, education funding and wealth transfer. Malia has been with RBC Wealth Management since 2004. Previously,

she spent six years in the financial services industry. Prior to working in the financial services industry, she practiced law for six years, specializing in probate and estate planning. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College, Malia earned a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell Law School. She also holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
