EDR’s Value Packages are designed to help you efficiently and cost effectively meet environmental due diligence standards. Based on our work with thousands of environmental consultants, the new packages provide simpler pricing and ordering options, and include twenty important new report enhancements that will help make environmental due diligence faster, more accurate, and more comprehensive. Our Value Packages are:

EDR Basic Package Choose the EDR Basic Package when you need the industry’s most cost effective package of environmental data and historical records for an environmental site assessment. This package contains the EDR Radius Map™ with GeoCheck®, Sanborn® Maps, and an additional EDR historical research report of your choice. The EDR Basic Package also contains important enhanced value, including Radius Maps with interactive layers, the EDR Historical Gas Station database (where available), and the EDR Historical Dry Cleaner Database (where available).

EDR Standard Package Choose the EDR Standard Package when you want the industry standard for site assessment information. A great value, this package contains the EDR Radius Map with GeoCheck, plus four EDR historical research reports. In addition to enhancements contained in our Basic Package, the EDR Standard Package gives you additional value by providing you with a Scanned Digital USGS 7.5 Minute Topographic Map and expedited delivery of your EDR historical research reports including Same Day SanbornS!™

EDR Premium Package Choose the EDR Premium Package when you are looking for the most comprehensive search of available data. This package includes The EDR Radius Map Report with GeoCheck, four EDR historical research reports with expedited delivery including Same Day SanbornS! as well as the enhancements available in our Standard Package. In addition, the EDR Premium Package adds a search of available land title records for environmental liens.
