CONDITIONS OF PLAY1. Entry fees to be paid at time of entry. One entry only per entry form. No refund on entry (exceptions may be made).

2. The Committee of the Cobram-Barooga Golf Club Limited shall have entire management of the tournament, including

handicapping, with power to alter any handicap at any time prior to any event.

3. Each player shall remain in the one grade for the duration of the Championship.

4. All competitions shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St.

Andrews, Scotland, subject to the modification hereinafter mentioned together with the local rules of the Cobram-Barooga Golf

Club Limited. If any dispute arises on any point it shall be decided by the Committee of the Cobram-Barooga Golf Club Limited.

5. All events are open to Amateurs only who are lady members of registered clubs. The committee shall have the right to refuse

the entry of any person without being required to give any reason for such refusal.

6. Competitors must state the name of their home club and their exact Golf Australia Handicap and produce their Golf

Link Card on request.

7. The Committee may, in the event of bad weather, or any other reason either shorten or fix another day, and in the case of ties,

shall determine the manner in which they shall be decided.

8. Mobile phones; player/caddies are permitted to make phone calls from the course to the club house or rules official for rules/

emergency assistance. Phones must otherwise be switched off or on silent during play.

9. Professional Caddies are not permitted.

10. Players can win only one trophy per day.

11. Presentations are held daily.

12. Ties: Sudden death play-off for Open Championship. All other ties by countback.
