We remember back to the end of 2014, when the Club was thick with the warmth of the season, when members were gathered together around their tables with their glasses of red wine to share their joy during Christmas Eve. After waking up the next day, the glass was covered with festive paper-cut window decorations, almost as if it were a timeline scrolling to the new year. During the Chinese New Year the capital was also dotted with a scattering of snowflakes, but these days are memories of the past. Today, the common changing of the seasons has become something of a luxury; we continue our busy but not common lives with the every drop of rain or snow and every sunrise.Springtime always return, but we must eventually witness the slow greens and coquettish reds of the season completely cease to exist. 记忆转回 2014 年的岁末，俱乐部里氤氲着温暖。会员们杯中满溢着香醇的红酒，与家人们一同围桌度过了感恩与欢乐

交织的平安之夜。再一梦醒来，玻璃上又贴满了喜庆的窗花，时间轴便滚动到了扬帆起航的新一年。农历春节的帝都

也算点缀过几场零星雪花，但想必瑞雪兆丰年的情景只有在回忆里了。如今，平凡的四季更迭已俨然成为一种奢侈，

每一个雨雪落下或太阳升起的早上，我们一如既往地继续着忙碌却不平凡的生活……

谁收春色将归去，慢绿妖红半不存，转眼间又将步入荼蘼芳菲的季节。古人有道是：三春过后诸芳尽，荼蘼花尽

再无春。冬去春来，花落花开，光阴荏苒，古人之心充满了对春天的伤感与留恋。而我们分明在这一季感受着荼

蘼芳尽后伺机而动的盈盈生机，傲娇绽放之后注定迎来下一季的美好。由此，我们更要倾听春天的莺歌燕语，感

受生命的活力、意境的优美，不感叹流年，只需珍惜眼前！所以在这个季节里，所有人总是习惯于重新规划自己

的工作和生活。而唯一能与时间老人同步的，就是脚踏实地付之行动。

年初，我们借用“唯美”的手笔拉开了 2015 年的序幕。俱乐部特邀会员王东，携其一手打造的北京艺美医疗整形

美容会所，为所有优雅女性会员嘉宾们量身定制了一场以“梦圆东方美”为主题的女性魅力私品会。继而的年度

首场“十月文化会客厅”更是以毛泽东诗词为主题，为会员们呈现了另一种怀旧与刚柔之美。作为《毛泽东手迹》

的总编辑，杨良志老先生带领我们深入浅出地分享了一代伟人的轶事。从初露峥嵘的早年，到垂垂老矣的晚年，

诗词里的毛泽东进修琴心与雄才大略交相辉映，万里河山融进精炼词章中。

但凡中国人，都对“年”怀有深厚情结，大年三十儿的那顿年夜饭也顺理成章成为了大家最讲究最忙活准备的事情。

今年开始，不论是喜气洋洋的年夜饭，还是团圆美满的元宵节，在每个中国传统的节日甚至节气里，俱乐部也都

将用最好的食材、最精心的烹调为各位准备一席最具特色的节日饕餮。

经济论坛一贯都是俱乐部的重头活动，为广大精英会员们所津津乐道，最爱在活动现场思想碰撞的火花四射中感

受思想与智慧的洗礼。喜庆的中国年过后本已是农历早春，俱乐部又迎来了一年一度的春季高端经济论坛。众嘉

宾围绕习近平总书记提出的“新常态”重大战略判断，为到场的会员嘉宾们深入解读了中国经济发展阶段的新变化。

嘉宾们坚持认为，“新常态”下的中国仍然处在极为珍贵的战略机遇期。而下一个 30 年，仍然属于中国黄金发展

的 30 年，中国的增长方式将更加合理，产业的国际竞争力将大幅提升，经济发展带来的幸福感将更加包容，中国

经济对全球的影响将更为深刻和全面。

新旧岁月交替更迭，历史与现实的账簿只有用行动来记录，用实践来装订。那些悠然的、欣喜的、惬意的、困惑的眼神；

那些跳跃的、泰然的、徘徊的、姗姗的脚步，代表着大家不约而同对俱乐部的认同和支持。走进春天，又将欣然

送它而去，就让我们沉淀过往以便整理行装，妥妥地迎接生机萌动的 2015 ！

where the roseleaf is falling yet again. There is an ancient saying that holds: various flowers wither away at the end of spring, when the raspberry fades away, spring is over. As we move from winter to spring, the flowers bloom, time flies by, and the ancients’ hearts are filled with sentiment and nostalgia. However we feel clearly that this season has been biding its time, waiting to fill us with graceful vitality before proudly and tenderly passing us off to the beauty of the next season. Thus, we should enjoy the oriole’s song, the swallow’s dance and the vitality of life, we cherish the present instead of lamenting the passing of time! Therefore, during this season, everyone is accustomed to re-planning their work and life. The only way to keep step with time is to keep our feet firmly planted on the ground.

Early this year, the Club especially invited our member- Dr. Wang Dong, the founder of Beijing Yimei Medical Plastic Cosmetic Club, created a private event on feminine beauty named “Beauty of Oriental” for our distinguished members. Later on, the first “Culture Lounge” of this year was opened with Mao’s poetry as its theme. This event presented another kind of beauty to our members. As the chief editor of the book <Handwriting by Mao Zedong>, Mr. Yang Liangzhi shared anecdotes of this great man with us. From the early days, when he first showed his ambition and talent till he was in advanced age, both the reclusive and visionary sides of Mao Zedong had mingled together into the refined words of the poems.

All Chinese people, without exception, have profound feelings when it comes to the “year.” Dinner of New Year’s Eve has naturally become the Chinese affair that requires the most careful preparation and preparation time. For the start of the year, whether it is a joyous Chinese New Year or a happy reunion on the Lantern Festival, for each traditional Chinese festival and even solar terms, the Club will use the best ingredients to carefully prepare the most distinctive meal for you during this holiday.

The High － end Forum has always been the first important activity of the Club for the majority of our elite members to relish. They love the collision of ideas at the event and the feelings, the thoughts, and the wisdom that are born during the forum. After celebrating the Chinese New Year in early spring, 2015 Spring High-end Forum of the Club was held as usual. Join other guests as we focus on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s “New Normal” major strategic judgment, as experts offer in-depth interpretations of the new changes as concerns China’s stages of economic development. The guests will maintain that China’s “new normal” is yet in a period full of strategic opportunities. Over the next thirty years--thirty years that will be a golden time of development for China--China’s growth will be more reasonable. The international competitiveness of various industries will be greatly enhanced, and the overall social well-being brought about by economic development will be more inclusive. The impact of China on the global economy will be more profound and comprehensive.

The new and old times alternate, the account books of history and reality are recorded only by action, where the binding of the tale is the doing of the action itself. Those leisurely, gratifying, pleasant or confused glances, those jumps, strides, meanderings, and all the slow pacing, they all represent how everyone wants to gain the Club’s recognition and support. As we enter spring, and as we will eventually see it off, let us settle things from our past in order that we may properly embrace the new life of 2015!

新常态下的中国经济2015 美洲俱乐部春季高端论坛

中国的经济在一段时期内增长速度偏高、偏热，经济增长带来了不可持续因素的累积，其中包括环境污染的加剧、社

会矛盾的增加以及国际压力变大的严峻挑战，也是十八大以前长期改革滞后形成的“体制病”和宏观失衡“综合症”。

国际经济危机带来的外部风险，使中国经济发展的旧有模式难以为继。中国领导人将这种挑战形容为“三期叠加”：

增长速度进入换挡期，结构调整面临阵痛期，前期刺激政策进入消化期。如何摆脱这种“旧常态”，适应“新常态”？是每

一个有识之士必然会深思的问题。

2015 年 3 月 19 日“美洲俱乐部春季高端论坛——新常态下的中国经济”在俱乐部 29 层北京厅成功举办。美洲特邀中国生产

力学会会长王茂林先生、农业银行首席经济学家向松祚先生、国务院发展研究中心宏观经济研究部研究员张立群先生、国家

行政学院政府经济研究中心中国能源安全研究所所长高志凯先生、中国保险业协会副秘书长张领伟博士、美洲俱乐部会员代

表何晓松先生作为论坛主讲嘉宾，中国传媒大学媒介与公共事务研究院院长董关鹏作为论坛主持人。各位产业领袖围绕着“新

常态下的中国经济”话题为当天到场的所有会员嘉宾及各界企业家代表、知名学者带来了一场别开生面的经济峰会。

论坛伊始，曾经在中国的经济、政治发展中担任很多重要职务的王茂林先生首先就“国民生产力”方向分析了中国现阶段“新

常态经济”出现的客观原因。王茂林先表示积极面对新的经济形势我们要做到三个不动摇，即：保持高增长、高消耗、高污染、

低效率这个国民经济增长国策不动摇；保护生态环境，节能减排这个任务不动摇；以民为本，解决民生问题，特别是解决低

收入群体的生活改善问题绝不能动摇。面对未来十年的中国经济，随着中央一系列的决策，中国经济增速回落是符合经济规律，

也是发展的必然，中国对这个新常态一定要有正确认识。

接下来，中国第一经济智库——宏观经济研究所的张立群研究员对更多国家经济背后的数字进行了深度分析。张立群表示，

中国现阶段的新常态是一个经济增速换挡时期，从总体来看，国内市场上短缺的情况基本消失。现在总体是供大于求，产能

过剩，所以在这个背景下，我们不是在进一步快速地扩大生产来解决有没有的问题，而是要在解决好不好的问题上来下工夫。

新常态经济下中国也涌现出了一系列安全问题，环境污染、食品安全，能源安全，包括人的身体健康，养老等问题。中国保

险业协会副秘书长张领伟博士随后表示，除了国防安全外的所有安全都可以通过市场化的风险管理手段，其中重要的保险手

段来解决一系列安全问题。颁布不久的“新国十条”中，国务院关于加快发展保险也提出了若干意见，相信保险在风险管理、

社会保障和保险投资领域这三个领域中将大有作为。

国家行政学院政府经济研究中心中国能源安全研究所所长高志凯先生上台后分别从国家经济本质、政府调控、国民素质等视

角为到场的会员嘉宾们全面透彻的分析了现阶段“新常态”的本质。高所长表示新常态的发展，中国的未来一方面靠政府，

一方面靠市场，靠大家，一方面我们要呼吁新常态，另外一方面我们要做一个有思想的人，要动脑筋，积极的建言献策。

最后与大家分享观点的是农业银行首席经济学家向松祚先生，向先生分别从中国经济、金融、货币政策三方面由浅至深，全

面剖析了现阶段我国的一系列经济政策与手段。新常态下的中国无疑将迎来全新的经济机会，不论是资本账户开放、人民币

的国际化还是金融体系升级，中国现在正处于由经济实力开始转化成为影响国际金融货币的划时代时期。

互动分享环节上，美洲俱乐部会员、专注于碳排放相关领域的何晓松先生也上台与诸位主讲人一同砥砺思想，面对到场嘉宾


提出的各项关于我国现阶段发展问题的思考，主讲嘉宾们纷纷仔细剖析并

分享了各自独到的见解。论坛结束后，会员们仍意犹未尽地在会场里讨论。

除了了精神上的盛宴，俱乐部同时也为大家准备了摆盘精致、品类繁多的

冷餐酒会，酒会上会员嘉宾与各位主讲人进行了更加深度的密切交流。习

主席说“以确定的战略和所拥有的政策储备，我们有信心、有能力应对各

种可能出现的风险”。毫无疑问，新常态下的中国经济增长将更趋平稳，

同时增长动力更为多元！




Over a period of time, the growth rate of economy China of was over-rapid and overheating. Economic growth results in the accumulation of unsustainable factors, including challenges

posed by aggravating pollution and increasing social contradiction and global pressure, and reform was lagged for a long time before the 18th CPC National Congress, which leads to the “system disease” and macroeconomic disequilibrium “syndrome”. External risks caused by international economic crisis makes the obsolete economic growth pattern in China difficult to continue. Chinese leaders described this challenge as “the overlay of three periods”: shifting period of the growth rate, painful period of structural adjustment and digestion period of earlier stimulating policies. How to break away from this “old normality” and adapt to the “new normality”? It is a question every man with insight must ponder over.

On March 19, 2015, New normal state for Chinese economy—2015 Beijing American Club Spring High-end Forum was successfully held in Beijing Hall on the 29th floor of the Club. Mr. Wang Maolin, President of the Learned Society of the Chinese Productive Forces, Mr. Xiang Songzuo, Chief Economist of China Agricultural Bank, Mr. Zhang Liqun, Economist at the Macro Economy Department of the Development Research Centre of the State Council, Mr. Gao Zhikai, Director of Institute of Energy Security of The People’s Republic of China National School of Administration Representatives of Entrepreneurs, Doctor Zhang Lingwei, the deputy secretary general of the Insurance Association of China and Mr. He Xiaosong, the representative from members of the Club were invited as guest speakers. Mr. Dong guanpeng, Director of Institute of Media and Public Affairs of Communication University of China was invited as the host of the forum. Around the topic “China’s economy under the new normality”, they brought a characteristic economic forum to members, representatives of entrepreneurs from all circles and famous scholars.

At the beginning of the forum, Mr. Wang Maolin, who has took charge of many key positions during the development process of China’s economy and politics, firstly analyzed objective reasons of “new normal economic” arising in China at this stage with respect to national productivity. Mr. Wang said, in order to response positively to the new economic situation, we should keep three things unshakenly. First, keep the national economic growth policy of high growth, high consumption, low pollution and high efficiency unshaken. Second, keep the task of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction unshaken. Third, keep people-oriented and keep the task of working out the


problem of people’s well-being, especially low-income group’s well-being unshaken. Looking ahead to China’s economy in the next decade, with a series of policies of the central government, the slowdown of economic growth rate is not only in line with the laws of economics, but also the inevitable result of the development. A reasonable view should be taken to this new normality.

Next, Mr. Zhang Liqun, the researcher from the top economic think tank - Department of Macroeconomic Research, made an in-depth analysis on the numbers behind national economy. Mr. Zhang considered that the new normality is

presented as a shifting period of the economic growth and from an overall prospective, shortage in domestic market has been basically disappeared. Generally, at present supply exceeds demand, excess capacity grows as well. Therefore, we should concentrate our efforts not on the quantity by expanding production, but on the quality.

Under the new economic normality, a series of safety problems emerged in China, such as environmental pollution, food safety, energy safety, health and care for aging. Later on, Doctor Zhang Lingwei indicated that all safety problems except national defense security can be solved by taking the important insurance approaches among market-oriented risk management measures. In the Proposals of the State Council on the Reform and Development of the Insurance Industry issued before long, the State Council has put forward several opinions on accelerating the development of insurance industry. It is believed that Insurance will accomplish much in risk management, social security and insurance investment fields.

On January 16th, 2015, the Club especially invited our member- Dr. Wang Dong, the founder of Beijing Yimei Medical Plastic Cosmetic Club, created a private event on feminine beauty named “Beauty of Oriental” for our distinguished members.

At the beginning of the event, Dr. Wang told about Asian standards of beauty, carefully explained aesthetic perspectives in art, as well as the development of Asian aesthetics. He also explained to our members how to plastic safely. From the classical beauties of ancient dynasties to the trendsetting celebrities of today, Dr. Wang won the applause of attendees with his fascinating speech and unique perspectives on art and beauty. For the benefit of our guests to experience cosmetic surgery more visually, he invited one of his clients as a model to show everyone how is the true changes after fat transfer surgery. He also showed plenty of pictures of his patients over the years, the excellent results and post-surgical transformations drew an enthusiastic responded from the attendees.

文化会客厅”系列活动之“重温毛诗思绪如织——《毛泽东手

迹》背后的故事”于 2015 年 1月 23 日在俱乐部 29层成功举办。

俱乐部特邀《毛泽东手迹》总编辑杨良志先生与俱乐部的会员们共同感怀

了一段激情澎湃的峥嵘岁月。

毛泽东诗词是我国诗词中浓墨重彩的一笔，在其诗词中数量最多、意义最大、

影响最深的是反映中国现代革命的作品。从初露峥嵘的早年，到垂垂老矣

的晚年，诗词里的毛泽东进修琴心与雄才大略交相辉映，万里河山融进精

炼词章中。

本次活动上，杨良志老先生开篇就以一种诙谐、幽默的方式向到场的会员嘉

宾们问好，与我们认知不苟言笑的学者形象有所不同，现场气氛活泼轻松。

杨老分别从毛氏能诗天下知，东风催开《十八首》、《十九首》、《二十一首》，

《三十七首》立丰碑，别开生面赏遗篇，这四个方向与现场会员嘉宾们一

同分享了主席诗词的独特之处与轶事。

随着杨老的娓娓道来，大家品读了意境博大的《沁园春·雪》、气势磅礴的《沁

园春·长沙》、富有浪漫主义色彩的《念奴娇·昆仑》等具有代表性的毛

氏诗词。每一首诗词背后隐含的历史沉淀也引起了在座各位的共鸣与激烈

讨论。

与杨老一同前来的还有探索发现频道亚洲新锐导演杨劭劼，在《毛泽东手迹》

编辑出版期间，杨导曾多次出入中央文史馆，有幸亲眼目睹了大量主席的

亲笔真迹。席间，他针对毛诗罕见的手稿部分为到场的会员嘉宾们进行了

深入解读。

最后，北京出版集团为到场的会员嘉宾们倾情奉送了值得珍藏的翻印版毛

泽东手稿文章，活动在大家意犹未尽的交流讨论中完美落幕。

On January 23, 2015, “Thoughts on Re-reading Poems of Mao Zedong -Stories behind <Handwriting by Mao Zedong>”one of “Cultural Salon” series organized by Beijing American Club and

Beijing Publishing Group, was held on the 29th floor of the Club. We has invited Mr. Yang Liangzhi, the editor in chief of <Handwriting by Mao Zedong>, to share his nostalgic memories of the eventful years together with our members.

Mao Zedong’s poems play a primordial role in Chinese poems. Among his works, the largest number and the most important part are those reflected Chinese revolutions of modern times. From the early days when he first showed his ambition and talent till he was in advanced age, both the reclusive and visionary sides of Mao Zedong had mingled together into the refined words of the poems.

During the event, Mr. Yang Liangzhi greeted the members in a humourous way that a serious academic does not usually hold. His humor has active the atmosphere of the event. Mr. Yang shared his insights about Mao’s unique feature and anecdotes through analyzing Mao’s wide-known poems.

Under Mr. Yang’s guidance, the members read a number of representative poems by Mao. The historical significance behind each poem had encouraged the audience to hold a heated discussion.

Mr. Yang Shaojie, a new Asian director of the Discovery Channel, came together with Mr. Yang. When <Handwriting by Mao Zedong> was being published, Mr. Yang frequented the Central Historical Literature Institute and had the honor to see a large amount of Mao’s handwriting. During the event, he did an in-depth analysis into the rare manuscript of Mao.

In the end, Beijing Publishing Group gave the highly collectible printed version of Mao Zedong’s manuscripts as gifts to all attended members and guests. The event came to a close, though the participators still wanted to carry even deeper discussion into the topic.

卓越展翅，善行天下——对话卓展工程顾问有限公司董事长黎展云先生编辑：陈雪

黎展云先生，1977 年开始从事建筑行业工作，1981 年开始参与国内工程项目，拥

有 30 多年的中国大型项目开发、管理及执行经验，黎展云先生是中国大陆机电工

程领域的杰出先锋，他是自中国改革开放后早期就进驻国内工作的外来人员之一，

同时也是民间公益组织“JAX 球善行”发起人。

黎：黎展云先生


BAC：您从小就对工程专业方面感兴趣吗？是单纯的热爱还是对未来职业

的规划呢？

黎：我们那个年代大家都崇尚有一技之长，多数选择像工程师、律师、会计师这些行业，不像今天大家都会选择金融、电商这样有风险但是回报高的行业。我做工程专业领域有差不多十年，后来转到项目管理，到了跨国公司以后开始接触企业管理和公司发展，差不多这个行业的岗位我都接触了。

BAC：从一家业内知名的跨国公司到从头创立卓展，是什么样的情节触发

了您从这个优越的平台走向创业之路呢？

黎：与资源丰厚的跨国公司工作相比，创业道路无疑是艰辛的，然而跨国企业的文化非常西化，尽管中国市场发展潜力巨大，但是很多外籍决策者的想法与国情是不相符的，从而严重影响了战略的落地。面对问题他们更多的是问为什么不行而不是想解决办法，这样做起事来就产生很多的制约。虽然在这样一个亚太区的龙头公司里做高管到退休也是个不错的选择，但当时有很多同事、朋友和伙伴鼓励我把握住机会出来创业，到现在为止我也是不后悔当初的决定，因为我们较当时想要做到的程度也算是成功了。

BAC：现在卓展的合作方大多是大型地产集团，由此看来在业务开展方面

应该是风生水起。

黎：以境外工程顾问公司来说，我们应该算是最大的私人企业，由于我们是私人的工程顾问公司，而其他的公司基本上都是集团或是上市公司，跟他们比还是有一些差距。但是在国内来说，大家都是同台竞争，目前来说发展的还算不错。

BAC：您是如何带领自己的团队在这个大市场里占有一席之地，后期对公

司的发展方向有什么规划？

黎：就我们这个行业来讲，客户对个人的信任度较强，对新成立公司的规模、能力有所衡量的时候就会先交给你一些小的项目，慢慢的对你和你的公司有了一定的信任度后，会将大的项目交给你。专业性强的行业没有太好的市场营销策略，只有靠能力、口碑与客户的信任度来说话。当然，自身的变通能力也很重要，不像互联网、通讯这些变通性很大的行业就需要根据市场的变化、需求而改变。我们公司在未来还是坚持可持续发展这个战略来运营。

BAC：现在卓展在业内已经拥有一定口碑，您认为一个创业公司能够最终

成功的主要因素是什么？

黎：我认为是团队的力量。在团队中，人是决定团队力量的核心因素，让一个人能有归属感很重要。这十几年来建筑行业人员的流动性是很大的，但是对于卓展来说人员流失率还算比较小。人才培养的时候我们会强调团队的意识，不是一味地追求个体差异。公司会有几个项目同时运作，个人的能力再强也不能独立完成一个项目，所有的工作需要一个优秀的团队配合，所以我常常鼓励员工，你可以成就自己，但同时你也要成就整个团队，这就强调了整个团队的凝聚力以及向心力。

BAC：卓展不仅在专业工程方面战绩卓越，对于公益慈善也是积极热情，

听说您组织了一个名为“球善行”的公益团体？

黎：JAX 球善行是由热爱高尔夫球运动、热衷慈善事业，长驻国内港澳人士自发性组成的非政府及非牟利组织。我们定期举行月例赛和组织其他打球活动，以增进队员之间的友谊，球队也热心组织和参与社会公益，每年举办一次善款募捐比赛以资助我们的球善行山区活动。球善行得到了各界好友鼎力相助，有慷慨解囊捐款的，也有捐赠物资（衣服、书籍、文具等）的，也有助养儿童上学的，方式虽然各有不同，但目的只有一个，那就是：尽我所能，帮助别人。我们一直资助及鼓励贫困地区儿童就学，为改善贫困地区就学环境贡献自己的绵薄之力。我们的公益活动提倡亲力亲为将爱心送达山区，避免资源错配及浪费。2006 年成立以来已在四川的剑阁太和村、冠京村、四川马尔康以、广西融水以及新疆也拉曼等地建立了帮扶项目。至今，已经有超过 100 名不同地区的学生受惠于球善行的助养计划。我们也殷切期盼各界好友都能身体力行到慈善公益中去。

mainland who entered and was stationed in China during opening and reform period. He is the original sponsor of the nonprofit organization “JAX Community.”

BAC: Were you interested in engineering from a young age? Was it simple love or were you planning for your future career?

J: At that time, we all admired professional skills, so most of us chose industries requiring engineers, lawyers, or accountants, instead of choosing low-risk and high-return industries that are popular today, such as finance, e-commerce, etc. I worked in the engineering field doing project management for nearly ten years before coming into contact with business management and company development, I have been exposed to nearly every job in this industry.

BAC: From leading a multinational company to starting the Chinese Team, what were the circumstances that prompted you to embark on this entrepreneurial journey and create a superior platform?

J: Compared to a transnational corporation with its rich and abundant resources, the entrepreneurial road is undoubtedly difficult. Though there is huge development potential in the Chinese market, multinational companies have a very westernized corporate culture which restricts foreign policymakers from understanding China’s actual conditions--this seriously affects implementation of strategies. Faced with these problems, they spend too much time

asking for the reasons instead of finding solutions, so their work efficiency naturally produces many restraints. While it was a wise decision for me remain at the senior management level in leading companies in the Asia-Pacific region until I retired, many colleagues, friends, and partners encouraged me to seize different opportunities and do more pioneering work. I have not yet come to regret this decision, because we think that we have succeeded in doing what we originally set out to do.

BAC: At present, partners of China Team are mostly large-scale real estate groups, so it seems your business development should be fast and prosperous.

J: In terms of overseas engineering consulting companies, ours should be regarded as the largest private enterprise. There are still some gaps between our company and other companies because our company is a private consulting company, while other companies belong to a larger corporate group or are listed companies. However, in China, we all compete on the same platform. So, yes, the development of our company has been good so far.

BAC: How do you lead your team to succeed in this huge market, and what plans do you have for the future direction of the company?

J: As to our industry, customers mainly rely on individual credibility. As such, they will give you some small projects when first ascertaining the scale and capacity of a new company, then give some larger projects to you after you have gradually gained their trust and loyalty. Professional industries are not very good at marketing strategies and mainly rely on their capacities, reputation, and customer credibility. Their flexibility is also important, unlike in such industries as the internet where communication of changes is based on the demands of the market. In the future, our company and operat ions wil l continue to adhere to this sustainable development strategy.

BAC: China Team already has a certain reputation in this industry. According to your experience, what are principal factors that dictate success for start-up companies?

J: I think success mainly depends on the strength of the team. In a team, people are the core factors that determine the team’s power, and it is very important to make each person feel they have a sense




of belonging. Over the past ten years, the mobility of people within the construction industry has been significant, but the turnover rate of the China Team is still relatively low. We emphasize team awareness when training our staff, instead of blindly promoting individual differences. Our company operates several projects at the same time, and no single person can complete a project independently. All work requires good teamwork, so I often encourage my employees to pursue personal success in the course of building a strong team. This emphasizes and reinforces the team’s cohesion and solidarity.

BAC: China Team has not only achieved outstanding results in terms of professional engineering projects, but has also shown great enthusiasm for charity. I heard that you organize a public interest group called “JAX Community”?

J: JAX Community is a non-governmental and non-profi t organization created spontaneously by Chinese mainlanders and citizens of Macau who love golfing and supporting charities. We hold monthly tournaments and organize other activities to promote friendship between team members. The team also delights in

organizing and participating in public interest activities. We also hold a charity fundraiser every year to help finance our mountain activities. The JAX Community receives much friendly assistance, some people give generous monetary donations, some donate various goods (clothes, books, stationery, etc.) and some make contributions that help children stay in school. Although there are different ways the donations can be used, they are given for but one purpose: to help others.

We have been encouraging children in impoverished areas to stay in school, and have made modest contributions to improve the school environment in poorer regions. In our public benefit activities, we advocate bringing our love and charity to mountainous areas by ourselves in order that we may avoid mismanagement and any waste of resources. Since the founding of the organization in 2006, sponsorship programs have been set up in Jiange Taihe Village, Guanjing Village, and Maerkang(Sichuan), Rongshui (Guangxi), Yelaman (Xinjiang), and in other places. So far, more than 100 students have benefited from the JAX Community sponsorship program. It is our wish that friends from all walks of life can personally join in philanthropic efforts.

The local people believe in Tibetan Buddhism; in fact, these five colorful flags are prayer flags and have scripture printed on them. People hang these prayer flags to ask the gods for their blessings, and they hang them for such events as birthdays, holidays, and even when moving into a new home. There are but a handful of hotels in Bhutan. These include the Amankora Resort, which is the first international high-end resort in the Kingdom of Bhutan. 楼的设计灵感取自于美国波士顿银行，它的整体设计和审美风

The Arlington Street luxury apartments are adjacent to London’s world-famous Ritz Hotel. With its expansive rooftop garden,

one can enjoy a 360-degree view of Buckingham Palace, the Shard, Green Park, Westminster Abbey, and other famous scenic spots in London. The design of the building is inspired by the Bank of Boston in the United States. The overall design and aesthetic styling of the building have perfectly integrated the characteristics of classic and modern art.

There are five bedrooms in apartment. The detailed, exquisite design fits well with the original design, which includes the mirror in the corridor of the atrium, the lobby’s entryway portico, and the unique portholes in the dining room and the study. The designer had perfect command of the color scheme of the apartment. From the dark blue and cream-colored contrasts in the master bedroom, to the walnut and leather pairing in the study, to the soft, neutral tones in the four guestrooms and the bright corridors, one can sense the perfect balance between the light and dark hues.

Enjoy a Joyful ChristmasChristmas Eve Dinner at the Beijing American Club


On December 24th, 2014, accompanied by the melodious sound of various Christmas bells, several of our member families gathered together to spend a lovely Christmas Eve together. Under the leadership of the host, several of the younger members joined in with Santa Claus in a cheerful rendition of “Jingle Bells” as an opening prelude to the Christmas Eve dinner. Before the meal began, the Club’s closest membership consulting team and various guests present at the event joined together in singing such Christmas hymns as “Silent Night,” and everybody was immediately immersed in the spirit of the Christmas atmosphere.

Amid the joy and hilarity of the party, Santa Claus was present at the scene to deliver Christmas gifts, while younger guests also came prepared with wonderful performances to share with everyone. A delightful game of “carrot squat” served to enhance the familial feeling of the evening.

Whether eating crispy, soft-shelled crab or sipping rich and creamy pumpkin soup, Executive Chef Mr. Hill Wang carefully designed the meal so that all members were filled with deep feelings of the Christmas atmosphere. All members enjoyed a sumptuous and tranquil traditional Christmas dinner.

We are grateful that the Christmas season brought us these moments of happiness, and the Club hopes to see you again next year!

世上没有比家更好的地方 ,FENDI 的家居产品系列开创于 1989 年，沿袭了 FENDI 一贯的奢华品质和独特、卓越的

手工技艺。FENDI 家居产品的灵感无不来自 FENDI 品牌的精髓，无论在材料和颜色的选择，还是在独特标志性花

纹的运用上面，处处体现出精致优雅的意大利风格。在这26年间，FENDI的家居产品已发展成为完整的三大系列。

There’s no place like home. Household products of FENDI were created in 1989, following FENDI’s consistent of superior level of luxury, unique and excellent craftsmanship. All inspirations of FENDI’s products are from essence of FENDI brand and reflecting elegant and graceful Italian style whether in choosing of materials and colors or unique symbolic strips. FENDI CASA has inherited the consistent design style of personality, luxury and elegance.

During these 26 years, FENDI’s household products have developed into three integrated lines, including classic series, modern series and creative series. 100% of all series of FENDI household products are produced in Italy. Under the premise of guaranteeing the consistent quality of FENDI, the products are stuck to being owned by the minority only.

In 2014, as the domestic top interior designers, Aellen began to work with the international brand -FENDI CASA. It is full of surprise that they are natural fit, and endowed with more inspiration and space design for his creation. Personality, luxury, elegant style products of FENDI household bring more quality sense of symbols for indoor work. Elaborate collocation of each place makes the space to have a charming art breath.
