REVIEW OF THE 2015 EDITION

The Halieutis Show, whose first edition took place in 2011, has become an unmissable biennial event of the fisheries sector in all its components. The show is an ideal place for the development of international networks seeking to provide a business platform, a space for communication, promotion, partnership, cooperation and innovation.

The interest shown by His Majesty King Mohammed VI to the development of the sector and the Halieutis Show, which he honored by placing it under his Auspices, is an incentive to make greater efforts in order to be permanently at the service of the development of the fishing industry and the maritime image of Morocco.

The Halieutis Show now stands out as a leading actor in the " Halieutis Strategy 2020" succeeding in bringing together national and international operators of of the marine fisheries trades, aquaculture and the valorization of sea products, 5 days, over 16 000 m2 of exhibition space.

The third edition of the Halieutis Show, always under the High Auspices of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and the initiative of the Department of Marine Fisheries, took place in Agadir from 18 to 22 February 2015. Under the theme, “The Sea is the Future of Man”, this edition has honored the Ivory Coast and has seen an increase in participation rate compared to previous editions including:

• The presence of 320 brands and banners;• The participation of 230 exhibitors;• The presence of 36 countries;• The reception of 50 000 visitors.

DATES AND TIMES

The Halieutis Expo is open to its visitors from Wednesday the 15th of February to Sunday the 19th of February 2017, from 9.30 am to 06 pm.•Opening for the professionals of the sector: the 16th to the 19th of February 2017.• Opening to the public: the 18th and 19th of February 2017

ARTICLE 1: NAME OF THE SHOW

The show shall be made up of the 4 show tents nside which there shall be presented 5 different poles:

• Fleets & Engines• Valuation and upgrading• Training• International• Institutional

In any communication with the Commissioner’s Office of the Show and in order to avoid any confusion, the exhibitor shall have to systematically indicate his/her pole and stand number. All venueslocated in and around the exposition structures cannot be exploited, except with the Commissariat special agreement

ARTICLE 2 : FRONT DESK ACCESS FEES

The access fees for non-professionals shall be fixed at 20 (twenty) dirhams. Access is free for professional visitors with an invitation card. Access is free for students on presentation of a proof.

A/ INVITATION CARDSConditionsTo allow exhibitors to invite their clients to visit their stand, cards are available (1 ONE CARD PER SQUARE METER PER STAND). These invitation cards give the right to free access and are valid all days, without restriction. The cards are sent to the exhibitors on receipt of the purchase order form, provided that the deposit would have already been paid.

C/ EXHIBITORS’ PARKINGEach exhibitor shall receive a parking badge on payment of the registration fees. Special places shall be booked for the exhibitors. The parking badge must be permanently placed on the windshield of the vehicle.These places shall be located in the area labeled«Exhibitors’ Parking». The Halieutis Show is not liable for any eventual damages to vehicles or thefts inside the parking. D/ COMMITMENTS OF EXHIBITORS

3) General regulationsThe lay-out works of the booths should leave the doors of service premises and electrical posts, as well as the installation, grids of the heating system and all similar equipment free, clear, accessible and visible

4) Suspension and hookingAll the booths should be totally self -supported without suspension or hooks to the walls or to the ceilings. This provision shall only be violated under the liability of the contractor and provided the observance of the following procedure: free conception is given to the exhibitors subject to the implementation of the provisions of the foregoing rule of the architect, including the security measures and the non-degradation of the show material.

5) Stands Surface AreaThe exhibitors are bound to observe the traces on the soil that determine the attributed area.

6) Stands’ HeightHeight of the booths for all the empty booths, the height of the installations is regulated in order to give to the total show a standardized aspect while guarantying good visibility to the visitors. The validation of the decorating element height shall be subject to the technical floor

7) Facades of the boothsShould an exhibitor plan for his/her booth to have a pattern of a blind facade, the same must decorate his/her façade by photos, exhibition windows, or other attracting aspects in order to keep the interest of the visitors passing by. In All cases, the linear of the blind façade shall not be more than 50% of the land of the corresponding stand when the latter is proximate to an alley. All the external facades of the booths should be covered from inside and outside.Booths sound system In order to respect the neighboring booths, the sound systems must be limited to 65 decibels maximum (subject to warning).

8) lluminated signsThese are authorized, but shall not be intermittent or blinking. The couple of colors made up by white letters on a green background is a pattern set for the security signals.

9) Decoration ElementsThe flexible, visual, tapestries decoration elements exceeding one m² should be fireproof

D/ SET UPThe set up of booths may start as from Monday 6th Feb 2017 and must be over 13th Feb 2017 at 6pm.All the vehicles must evacuate the surrounding of the Show in order to allow the finalization of cleaning operations before opening the premises to the public.Except on this date, the show shall be open from7.30am to 7pm for set up operations. Outside this day, all vehicles may be put in the pound at the cost of its owner who shall in no way hold the show liable for the consequences of the movement of his/her vehicle.

In addition to the applicable legislations, the exhibitors and lessees of booths should respectively implement and observe the different security rules stipulated in this document. From the beginning of lay-out works, the booth may be object of a control by the verification teams.

ARTICLE 3: SET UP AND DISMANTLING

A/ GENERAL CONDITIONSDuring the mantling and dismantling operations, no vehicle (except the lifting and maintenance vehicles) may be admitted into the exhibition structures.This provision is stipulated in order to facilitate the work inside the structures and to avoid all degradat ions.The mantling and dismantling period of activities is similar to that of building a site. Simple and strict rules of security, health and working conditions are to be observed by all the people inside the site

B/ PROTECTION OF INFRUSTRUCTURES ANDMATERIALThe exhibitors are liable personally and on behalf of the business for whom they work, of any degradations damages caused to the construction during the transportation, installation or dismantling of their material.Any degradation (including paint stains) shall be invoiced against the exhibitor in addition to the evacuation of any materials not taken away on the dismantling operation (carpet, soil, construction). The fire apparatus must remain permanently visible and clear.

C/ CONCEPTION AND LAYOUT OF STANDS

2) General conditionsThe lay-out and decoration works should be implemented without causing in any manner, whatsoever, any degradation to the buildings that make up the structures of the show, or hinder the operation or the movement of the equipment of the structures, and should not, in the end, cause any direct or indirect danger and risk to the people or goods, whatsoever.

2) Prior formalitiesThe lay out and decoration project of the booths should imperatively be subject to the approval of the Architect of the show. The submitted plans shall give the encumbrance measures on plan and the elevations as well as the general esthetics of the project. They should also be supplied no later than one month before the opening of the show. The Commissioner’s Office of the show shall have the right to impose any modifications to the plans and implementations in the premises that the same may deem necessary or useful to the observance of the prescriptions under this article.In no case, shall the absence of remarks emanating from the services of the show be interpreted as an approval.

INTERNAL REGULATION

E/ PACKAGINGNo empty box or recipient shall remain in the surrounding area of the show. The exhibitor is bound to store at his/her cost the packaging in a place of his choice.Any packaging left in the surrounding area of the show shall be evacuated to the dumping ground. In case of any breakage or loss no claim shall be admitted.

F/ DISMANTLINGThe dismantling operations may be started as from 19th Feb 2017 at 8 pmThe service lorries and vehicles may enter inside the park of the show as from 8pm. The exit of vehicles shall only be in the morning of the next day, after the exit authorization delivered by the Commissioner’s Office of the show. The exhibitors are hereby reminded that they have to remove from their booth any commodity, material or decorating element easily transportable in order to avoid any covetousness.The dismantling operations may continue on February 20th 2017 until February 26th 2017 from 7am to 7pm. All the material and installations of the booths must be removed on February 26th 2017 at 7pm latest. Beyond this deadline, the materials that are still in place shall be considered abandoned and the fees of dismantling and removal shall be invoiced to the exhibitors.The dismantling may only start after the date and time indicated above, with the respect of your neighboring exhibitors and in order to allow the last visitors (may be your visitors) to discover all the exhibitors of the show in the best conditions.On the closure, the service providers of the show shall dismantle forthwith all the structure including the reserves and the exhibitions furniture. Should you leave any material in your stand, you are fervently advised to palletize the same and to leave nothing in your reserve! We attract your attention to the fact that during the dismantling, the surveillance is not functional. Therefore, it is appropriate to take surveillance precautions.

ARTICLE 4 : ELECTRIAL SUPPLY

A/CONDITIONSOn request of each exhibitor, an electrical supply is provided to every and each booth. This supply is implemented by using a terminal device with a thermal disjuncture with 30 MP calibers.When the exhibitor takes position of the booth, the terminal is not placed under tension. For any activation, the exhibitor must contact the person present in charge in the pole. Each exhibitor much equip his/ her booth with an electrical box protected at 30mp from which the same shall make electric distribution to his/her booth (light, TV etc…) only the multiple plugs with land conductors are authorized within the limit of the amperage emanating supplied by the source.

B/ SMOKING PROHIBITIONA format smoking prohibition is applied all the premises of the show

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERIES DURING THEEVENT

Special passes shall be delivered in order to facilitate the commodity supply to the stands during the event. These passes shall give the right to access to the show between 7am and 9am but shall not give the right to parking. The vehicles shall have one power in order to carry out their delivery and must leave at the end of this deadline. Any parking abuse shall be penalized by the prohibition of access of the vehicle during all the event.

ARTICLE 6 : THE OPERATIONAL MACHINES STANDS WITH AN ELEVATION, COMBUSTIBLE

It is hereby reminded that in order to exhibit a machine under tension, in order to use liquid or gas fuels, it is necessary to inform the Commissioner’s Office of the show by letter. This declaration shall not exonerate the exhibitor from the commitment to observe the pertinent standards and regulations and shall not exonerate the same from his/her responsibilities.

ARTICLE 7: INTERNET CONNEXION

A WIFI Global internet coverage is to be supplied to the organizers inside the show and shall be open to all the visitors and exhibitors. The organization shall not be held liable for the use of this internet access.

ARTICLE 8: STAND SURVEILLANCE

A/ SURVEILLANCEThe surveillance of the day and night of the Halieutis show shall be carried out by a security service designated by the Commissioner’s Office of the show, but without the implementation of this provision generating any responsibility whatsoever. The exhibitors who exhibit samples to be consumed in the premises are fervently advised to complete the closure of the stands by Chance that close the stocks of their commodity.

B/ NIGHT CLOSURE PERIODThis period shall be set for the daily maintenance and cleaning operations. Nevertheless the organizations shall have the right to act at any moment should the circumstances impose its interventions beyond this period

ARTICLE 9 : SECURITY

A/LISTS OF PROHIBITED PRODUCTSThe following products shall be prohibited from the stands:• Samples or products containing inflammable Gas• Balloons filled with inflammable or toxic or irritating• Propane carboy Gas• Gas inhibiting oxidation-reduction reaction;
