• Educators working with educators for all K-12 subjects, with special focus on Math, Science, Literacy, and Special Education.
• PCG conducts comprehensive criminal background screenings and participates in the national E-verify program for employment authorization. Screenings are updated annually for all staff.
• All staff will receive job related training specific to their assignment. Training includes general duties, targeted instructional strategies, and program reporting.
• Reduce time and costs associated with sourcing qualified, educational talent.
• Dedicated support staff to manage personnel, including payroll and benefits, while monitoring all aspects the program and responding to client needs.
