If you would like to add further treatments to your day package, we recommend you do this at the same time you are making your reservation. Our therapists get booked up really quickly and we cannot always guarantee treatment availability. (Please note the minimum age for guests is 16).

When making your reservation the following details will be required:

• date you would like to visit

• full names of anyone in your party

• any gift voucher numbers, values and expiry dates

• credit/debit card number as full payment is taken on booking. We always need authorisation from the card holder to process the payment.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

To make the most of your day at eden hall, we recommend you plan your route and check road and weather conditions before starting your journey. Please see the map on page 26 to help you with directions.

EATING AND DRINKING

Included in your full day experience is a delicious, three course lunch, freshly prepared and served in our Seventh Heaven Restaurant. Lunch is served between 11.45am to 2pm and is pre-booked for you. If you wish to take lunch at a particular time you are more than welcome to request this in advance. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. If you have any food allergies please contact us prior to your arrival and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

We also offer a wide range of refreshments throughout the day, available to purchase.

Start your day with breakfast if you fancy a treat. Or if you have something to celebrate, you can pre-order Champagne and strawberries/truffles for the end of the day. We also offer flowers. For more information please contact our reservations team, (items may be subject to availability and orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice).

BOOKING CLASSES AND USE OF FACILITIES

The timetable of classes for your day will be available on arrival. Classes can be booked on the day and are on a first come, first served basis. Classes commence from 9.45am and run throughout the day. Please be advised that our hot tubs close at 6pm and our pool/detox area closes at 6.15pm. We kindly ask that guests settle their account and depart by 6.30pm.

TIPS TO HELP YOU GET THE BEST FROM YOUR DAY

• We advise that you arrive before 10.00am.

• Bathrobe and towels are provided.

• Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion and hairdryers are available in the changing areas.

• We suggest that you bring swimwear, suitable clothing and footwear for use in the gym or classes. It is advisable to bring a pair of flip flops or slippers to walk around the building.

• We offer complimentary newspapers and magazines can be purchased from our shop.

• Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated.

• Allow yourself time to rest between all activities.

• Please respect other guests by refraining from using mobile phones or cameras. Please do not reserve loungers and keep noise to a minimum.

• Please be aware that Duty Managers are available throughout the day and are happy to assist with any questions or queries you may have during your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds will be given on reservations if cancelled 4 weeks or more before the date of arrival.

If a cancellation is made with less than 4 weeks notice to the date of arrival, money paid will be transferred onto an eden hall gift card which can be used towards a future visit within the following 15 months.

If a booking date is changed, or a reservation or treatment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice to the date of arrival, a £15 per person cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining money paid will be transferred onto an eden hall gift card. This card can be used towards a future visit within the following 15 months.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Certain medical conditions may prevent the use of some facilities and treatments. If you have any of the following please notify our reservations team before visiting the spa as medical advice and guidance maybe required.

• cancer

• heart condition

• high/low blood pressure

• diabetes

• epilepsy

We would also recommend any guest who is pregnant, has had surgery within the last six months, has concerns about allergies or has restricted mobility to contact our reservations team for advice on using the spa facilities. All appointment times include consultation and aftercare advice.

* Please note that some Elemis, Aromatherapy Associates and Spa Find products contain nuts.

GIFT CARDS

Give an experience that will always be remembered. Gift cards are available for all of the eden hall day experiences and also come in £10, £25 and £50 denominations. Please note gift cards are valid for 15 months, are non-refundable and cannot be extended past the printed expiry date.

Day experience gift cards can be upgraded but cannot be split or downgraded. Eden hall gift cards purchased from any other source than eden hall may not be valid.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

At eden hall, we do everything we can to make your day with us memorable. Day experiences and therapies are subject to availability. Therefore, they need to be reserved with full payment made in advance. Please note that eden therapies must be booked in conjunction with a day experience.

Prices and inclusive treatments are subject to revision without prior notice. Please note inclusive treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Offers and offer dates are subject to change. Special offers may be subject to different booking terms and conditions, please see our website.

There may be occasions when advertised facilities, classes and treatments are not available or appropriate. In such incidents we reserve the right to vary, amend, cancel or withhold without prior notice.
