● Welcome & Call to Order (5 mins)● North East Trees La Brea Planning Study: The La Brea Corridor Planning Study will explore
the development of a regional trail that provides park to park access, promotes neighborhood connections to open space, and links to existing and planned trail networks while restoring native habitat. Possibility of including the Stocker corridor, making La Brea a gateway, and replacement of Baldwin Vista utility lines.
● Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd Bike Lanes: second letter request to Council Office for the placement of bike lanes along MLK Jr. Blvd.
● Tenants rights when apartment buildings are converted to condos forum – discussion and planning of the event.
● Mexicano Restaurant (Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, liquor license for the sale of onsite consumption only of alcohol beverages).
● Marlton Square: City owned portion of the lot for the temporary location of the African Market Place sponsored by The Department of Cultural Affairs (James Burke)
