Cf-14-0268 S6 -Pass through of capital improvement cost to the Tenante. Cf-14-1635 S2 - Proposed City rules for Short Term Rentalsf. Cf- 15-0387 - Request city hire an oil and gas expert to advise in city decisions and policiesg. Cf -14-0268 S7 contains a 9/10/15 report on pass through of earthquake retrofit cost to tenants.h. Cf-14-1635S2 The proposed ordinance around Short Term Rentals is still in Committee

    complaining general nuisance.
