ECOWASH SUPER IntroductionECOWASH is a heavy duty cleaner - a biodegradable water based cleaner containing a blend of non-ionic surfactant (oil dispersant). It disperse and remove all types of oil, grease, wax, and stains, leaving the treated surface cleansed and back to original condition without any short or long term effects. Chemical formulation with active ingredients, surfactants. Surfactants are specifically designed chemicals that have hydrophilic (water liking) & oleophilic (oil liking).Surfactants reduce the surface tension of hydrocarbon molecules in oil - oilspread out - collected in droplets. Surfactant molecules posses hydrophilic head groups associate with water molecules, oleophilic tails associate with oil.

ApplicationECOWASH can be applied in multiple areas to treat different kinds of soils, particularly grease and oil. It is recommended to be applied in tank cleaning of mineral oil and petroleum based chemicals, degreasing of contaminated component and part in various industry. Dependants on the level of contamination, dilute ECOWASH according to the recommended working concentration but typically at a concentration between 1 and 3 % v/v with water or sea water. The product reacts immediately with the soil, further rinsing with water wash down the residual and leaves surface clean and non-slippery. Apply with brush, sponge, mop, pressure washer whenever necessary.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

GENERAL CLEANINGMix Ecowash Super at the rate of 1 : 50 parts water, if mixing a large volume add the product to the full volume of water where possible.

Factory Machinery & EquipmentDilute 1 part with 1 – 5 parts water depending on degree of soil. Use spray on/wipe off or wash on/rinse off method. Allow product to remain in contact with surface for 2-3 minutes. Assist with scrubbing brush if necessary.

Plastic & Vinyl Upholstery Dilute 1 part with 5 – 10 parts water. Spray or wipe on, and wipe off with clean cloth.

General DegreasingDilute 1 part with 4 parts water. For oil and grease removal and heavily soiled surfaces allow solution to soak for 15 – 20 minutes before rinsing with strong stream of water. Assist cleaning with brushing if necessary.

FLOOR CLEANINGVinyl Floor CleaningDilute 1 part with 10 – 20 parts water depending on soil to be removed. Scrub and rinse thoroughly.

Terrazzo, Ceramic & Quarry TilesDilute 1 part with 10 – 40 parts hot water depending on soil to be removed. Scrub and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

ConcreteDilute 1: 10 part with water. Scrub thoroughly and rinse with clean water.

Auto Scrubbing MachinesDilute 1 part with 40 parts water for general cleaning. For heavy cleaning, degreasing, dilute 1 part to 20 parts water.

Pressure Washers Steam CleanersRecommended end use dilution for heavy cleaning 1 : 30. medium duty cleaning 1: 50. experiment with dilutions to gain optimum results.
