HISTORY OF BIRYANI EXPRESSOur history is simple as the truth usually is and should be.BIryani express was the brainchild of two passionate entrepreneurs. With individuals background as remote to food as you can imagine oil and gas and healthcare,Manish Bhatia and Amer qavi decided to use a logical down to earth business model that incorporated a blend of authenticity, technology hygiene, logistic and above all common sense. The result was simple, yet unique experience completely unattained by preconceived notions of the food industry.Biryani express opened for business on feb 5 2007.Since then our venture has branched out from retail sales all the way to catering canteen management and production of private labeled ready to eat meals. Our purpose built kitchen works around the clock, producing not only our signature biryanis, but Chinese.italian.arabic and Indian meals and snacks as well.In the context of subcontinantal cuisine we are the first to receive HCCP ceryificate. To all those who said it was impossible to turn the ‘meals of kings’ into an authentic ready to eat fast food experience in 21st century .
