The proven 3-platen clamp system provides
quick die movements and homogeneous
distribution of the locking force.
Any unevenness in the die is compensated for
with individual tie-bar adjustment. This ensures
that castings produced are consistently of the

Flexible Die Changing.
Ecoline Pro stands ready to meet the require-
ments of production change-over: Manual
and Automatic tie bar removal systems simplify
die change. The shot position is also easily
adjustable to minimize production change-over
time and offer flexibility for new projects.

the energy consumption during the pre-filling
stage is significantly reduced. This results in

The compact control cabinet adjacent to the
machine and pre-wiring guarantee quick
start-up. With standard interfaces, peripheral
equipment is connected easily and productive
operation is achieved quickly.

twin pump. The integrated cooling and filtering

The integrated Bühler Multistep casting technol-
ogy provides even more flexibility in designing
the filling process. Six freely programmable
input values for the casting stroke and casting
velocity during the pre-filling stage make it
possible to adjust the casting profile to meet
the requirements of the individual components
to be produced. Auxiliary programs, such as a
“filling tests” used for step-by-step monitoring
of the die filling process with actual castings,
are as much part of the equipment package as
is a «start-up» program that is easy on the die
while being efficient.
