- Allison should research the “organic” products that she is buying from the supermarket since some of items labeled organic may of have been farmed using unsustainable practices.

- Allison should attempt to either initiate a local farmers market close bye to her or use resources like the internet to locate the closest farmers market, co-op, local farm etc.…

- Allison should attempt to integrate organic foods into the menu at her restaurant to raise publicity about the topic.

Allison is a mother of four and a chef at a local restaurant. She understands that local organic foods taste better, are healthier and are grown using more sustainable methods but doesn’t know anywhere to go to buy fresh produce. Instead she often purchases products labeled as organic from the local Supermarket.

Allison should have been taught as a child to investigate these issues further.

Timmy is a 5th grader. Thanks a presentation at his school about environmental sustainability and the possible careers fields relating to it he now has an avid interest in the environment.

Timmy went home and began asking his parents questions about some of the stuff he had learned in school which then motivated

their environmental conservation efforts in an attempt to set a good example for Timmy.

As Timmy continues his education he always pays close attention to environmental sustainability topics and his curiosity and interest about there subjects grows.

Timmy is now a senior in high school now applying to colleges in an attempt to get a degree in Environmental Engineering. Timmy wants to fix some of the problems facing our environment today.
