T E N D E R S Vessel is provided with Sting Ray 5 metre inflatable centre console with 80 Hp Yamaha outboard. One 4.5 metre Quintrex Ali Dingy with 30 Hp Yamaha. Two deck cranes are fitted for the tenders and would suit a tender size up to 6m. Can also lift 2 Tenders onto the top deck giving 4 onboard.

G E N E R A L C O M M E N T S

This vessel is a passenger cruise boat designed and built specifically for extended charters to remote areas for long periods. It has been retro fitted to suit a variety of industries..

The hull has had ultra-soundings in February 2014 and is in good order, and she has been regularly slipped for underwater maintenance (last slipped in Henderson for refit February 2014. Hull, Shaft, Rudder, gear & Compass surveys were completed in Good Order. Also repowered with twin K19 Cummins engines and 180 KVA Cummins Gensets. As of today all motors have zero hours on them. 2 x new Palefingers cranes were also fitted in the refit.

The vessel has been maintained at a high standard. Cosmetically, the vessel remains well presented with quality fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings.

The vessel was in appropriate class for her service with Lloyds when new. However this classification was due for special survey in 12/98 which has not been carried out. We understand the Lloyds classification is held in abeyance and can be reactivated should it be required.

Eco Abrolhos is able to operate all electrical services (including air conditioning) on one auxiliary only. It is capable of long extended Accommodation use in a variety of Industries.

The upper deck has the addition of a bar area and barbeque / servery area. As part of the refit we added a roof and enclosed with roll down clears with full lighting, new carpet and power outlets this will enhance the top deck activities..

The Eco Abrolhos was previously used as an up market Cruise Ship tourist vessel for the Whitsunday Islands & Great Barrier Reef. The vessel has been operating as an offshore accommodation vessel for Customs and the oil and gas industry. The latest contract was with Chevron/Bechtel on the Wheatstone project from November 2011 to November 2013.

ACCREDITATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

EAA is a fully accredited member of the Tourism Council of Western Australia

(TCWA) as well as the national Tourism Quality Council of Australia (T-

QUAL).

The company has developed a customized Safety Management System which

is deployed across the operational vessels and facility as a whole. This system

has been evaluated as a component within the oil & gas industry’s OCIMF

Audit Program. Under this program each vessel under our management must

pass a full OVID Audit on mobilization. They are then subject to an

annual review.

The Eco Abrolhos is in 1B & 1D - NSCV / USL Surveys up to 200 miles off shore with

38 overnight passengers. The company holds licences for the entire west coast - FTOL – 48 &

RFTO – 301 plus we have Aquatic marine park permits from Esperance to Darwin including

Scott Reef, Ashmore reef and the Rowley Shoals. Eco can take 4 tenders onboard plus tow 2.
