Important: These instructions are for construction of specific concrete backups and foundations. In the event the specified concrete product would require a deviation from standard assembly parameters, contact a Trinity Highway representative. These foundations are part of attenuation systems that have been authorized for reimbursement by the Federal Highway Administration (“FHWA”) for use on the National Highway System under strict criteria utilized by that agency. Trinity Highway representatives are available for consultation if required

Important Introductory Notes Proper deployment of the concrete foundations is critical to achieve performance under accepted criteria. Take the time to review specified drawings thoroughly before performing all necessary work. Do not attempt to assemble any concrete foundation without the proper plans and specifications from the highway authority and instructional manual from the manufacturer. If you need additional information, or have questions about any foundation being installed, please contact the highway authority that has planned and specified this assembly and, if needed, contact Trinity Highway Customer Service Department.

Important: It is the responsibility of the installer to read safety instructions thoroughly and follow the assembly directions and suggested safe practices before assembling, maintaining, or repairing a concrete foundation. Failure to follow this warning can result in serious injury or death to workers and/or bystanders.

Warning: Do not assemble any concrete foundation until you have read and understood the specified drawing. Please call Trinity Highway if you do not understand a drawing.

Warning: It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure safety measures incorporating appropriate traffic control devices specified by the highway authority are used to protect all personnel while at the assembly or repair site.
