We would like to invite you to the 4th Annual Echo Ridge Farm “Black Friday” Fall Bull and Female

Sale. We are excited about this year’s offering and are pleased to bring you 46 Angus yearling bulls

and 47 females.

In June, the entire 2012 fall bull calf crop began their development on pasture with a limited supple-

mentation. In October, all of our bulls were ultrasounded to evaluate carcass merit and completed a

reproduction soundness exam. You should find that these bulls offer calving ease, high growth and

plenty of carcass merit. These 3 traits are very important to being profitable in the cattle business.

This year we have developed 46 Angus bulls that feature sires such as GAR New Design 5050, GAR

Ingenuity, B/R Destination 727 - 928, Connealy Contrast, GAR Prophet, GAR Further Progress,

MCC Daybreak and GAR Concrete. These sires represent some of the best bulls in the industry and

we are very excited to showcase their progeny!

Another highlight in this fall’s sale is the offering of 46 replacement female lots in addition to the

bulls. The registered females from Echo Ridge will consist of 11 fall cow-calf pairs, 24 spring bred

cows and 12 spring bred heifers. This is an outstanding set of females that will offer a great maternal

package for any herd!

We are pleased to have a couple of guest consigners again

in this year’s fall sale. Charles Atkins and family of

Flowing Spring Farm will be offering 5 Gelbvieh/Balancer

Bulls. Also, there will be 22 nice spring bred commercial

Simmental – Angus cross heifers from McDonald Farm

and the Wheeler family. These spring bred heifers will

make really nice brood cows!
