Eligible Candidates of ECET-2013 (all branches) of thefollowing categories are informed to exercise theoptions on 22-07-2013 & 23-07-2013 using their oldpasswords for the leftover seats now available andconsequential vacancies that may arise in process ofallotment, from Help Line Centre or Internet facility(Caf/Home).Who can exercise options? Candidates who have secured seats but notinterested to join. Who have not secured seats so far. Who have not exercised the options so far. Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for

a better option. Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their

1st Phase allotment.Note: Options given in the 1st Phase will not beconsidered for allotment and candidates have toexercise option afresh.Candidates who are satisfied with their previous

allotment need not exercise option once again . Theyshall note that if they exercise options now and a seat isallotted as per the options, the vacated seat will beallotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will

have no claim on previous allotment. Candidates whohave not attended for Certificate Verification earliershould get their Certificates verified from any one ofthe 27 Help Line Centres (See Annexure-I) on22.07.2013 and exercise their options. However, theSpecial Category Candidates (Sports/NCC/CAP/PH) whowere not verified their Certificates earlier should get theircertificates verified at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, MasabTank, Hyderabad only. Allotments will be placed on thewebsite on 24.07.2013 after 6 PM. For vacancies and

other details please visit: http://apecet.nic.in . It isadvised to exercise options for interestedcolleges/courses assuming that vacancies would

arise in all colleges in the process of sliding.Candidates who have reported in the colleges shall alsoverify whether their joining is updated by college ornot by following the link View joining details in theCandidates Login and alert the colleges accordingly.

The Principals of University and PrivateEngineering/Pharmacy colleges are informed to uploadthe joining details of the candidates allotted andreported in First Phase, in their respective colleges onor before 20.07.2013 in the department website:https://apecetd.nic.in. The Managements/Principals arepersonally responsible for the correctness of the detailsentered. Principals/Managements shall ensure that onlythe candidates existing in the list after final phase ofallotment shall be allowed to continue in the college.
