    ECE 11 Microprocessor System 1. The course covers concepts involving microprocessor/microcontroller systems architecture/organizationincluding microprocessor/microcontrollerprogramming, Interfacing techniques, memory systemsand bus standards.

    2. In the laboratory the students will be involved withexperiments using microcontrollers and the use ofmicroprocessor/ microcontroller development systemsand other tools. Experiment topics include: assemblylanguage programming topics, interfacing with input

    and output devices, data transfer between microcontroller-based circuits and the PC via the serial portand parallel port.

    Engg 8 Thesis 2 ( ProjectImplementation )

    A course in which the basic principles of engineering isutilized in the design, building and testing of electronicand communication systems. The scope of the projectcorresponds to the proposed project in Thesis 1.

    Engg 5 Seminars and Field Trips This course deals with Electronics Engineeringtechnologies through field trips to different companiesand plants and attending relevant seminars.

    This review subject will discuss all the professionalsubjects taught in the past.     This course deals with the scientific concepts, methodsand processes on the existence of a man social animalsneeding others for existence. It also studies man not as anindividual but in the context of how he relates with others

    Hum 1 Art Appreciation This Course aims to provide the learners with theactivities that reinforce, enrich, and strengthen theknowledge and skills about the humanities and arts.Included in this course are the understanding, enjoymentand expressions of feelings and ideas of the differentforms of arts and corresponding mediums used. It alsoincludes theories and principles of aesthetics and exposesthe learners to some activities essential to theappreciation of art.

    Hum 2 Logic This course aims to make the students form sharp, clear,and correct ideas; communicate these ideas in effectivelanguage; and translate these ideas into consistentbehavior. Topics include reasoning and the related termsand concepts to it such as language. Comprehension,supposition, judgment, proposition, and logicalconnectives among others.

    Hum 3 Philosophy This course examines Mans search for mean ing withinthe totality of his Phenomenological experiences, usingvarious existentialist writings as the point of departure forpersonal reflections. The discussion revolves naroun thetriadic structures of his phenomenological experience: hisrelationship with himself, with others and with theAbsolute Thou. Also discusses philosophical thoughts.

    Engl 1 Study and Thinking Skills inEngineering

    This integral course in English has two-fold objective.First, it aims to heighten the listening, speaking, readingand writing skills of college freshman through content ormeaning and through form and function with emphasis invocabulary and diction. Second, it equips the student withproficiency in the use of library for the advancement of

    his/her reading comprehension which is mostly needed inlearners academic world.

    Engl 2 Writing in the Discipline This course is designed specifically for the freshmanstudents to develop the reading, listening, speaking,reading and writing skills. The course in particular dealswith the different components and various mechanismsto achieve effective writing. The instructional materialsare arranged to attain integration and sequencing of thelanguage skills using general communication materials.

    It deals on the concepts of Physical Education.Gymnastics, fitness and health. Included too, are thewellness, physical fitness and its components, the bodyand body mechanics, movement skills and relatedactivities geared towards the attainment of the objectivesof Physical Education and wellness. It further measuresthe components of physical fitness through enjoyable andvigorous activities hence achieve a lifetime physical activelife.

    PE 2 Fundamentals of RhythmicActivities

    It deals with emphasis on enjoyable participation inphysical activity and help students develop knowledge,attitudes, behavioral skills and confidence needed toadopt and maintain physical active lifestyle. It alsounderscore students acquiring a solid foundation ofmovement concepts and motor skills which includerecreational activity then upon entering adulthood, theywill continue to enjoy being physically active and willderive all the benefits physical, emotional and social thatcome to those who have been physically activethroughout their lifetime.

    PE 3 Individual and Dual Sports It focuses on the history and nature of activity, equipmentand facilities, game rules and scoring strategy for playing,to include safety rules and game courtesy.

    PE 4 Games and Team Sports It deals with emphasis on enjoyable participation inphysical activity and help students develop knowledge,attitudes, behavioral skills and confidence needed toadopt and maintain physical active lifestyle. It alsounderscore students acquiring a solid foundation ofmovement concepts and motor skills which includerecreational activity and will derived all the benefitsphysical, emotional and social that come to those whohave been physically active throughout their lifetime.
