Terms & Conditions of Booking
A signed contract and deposit of €800.00 is payable by the Bride and Groom to secure your
Wedding Date.
Prospective clients must always meet with a member of management prior to acceptance of
the first deposit.
A provisional booking secures a date for a period of two weeks only. The date may be released
by the hotel, without further obligation, if not confirmed with a deposit within this period.
Deposits must be paid in person to the hotel; otherwise the hotel reserves the right to cancel
the booking.
Any deposits paid to the hotel are non-refundable as per the deposit schedule due date
The following deposit schedule and cancellation polices apply:
50% paid 6 months from wedding date
75% paid 3 months from wedding date
90% paid 1 week prior to wedding date
Final bill to be settled 72 hours prior to the wedding by cash, credit card, bank draft.
Should numbers fall below minimum set out in packages 100 Guests will be charged
Menu choice must be confirmed one month prior to the function.
No food or beverages, with the exception of a Wedding Cake, may be brought into the
premises under any circumstances.
Corkage can be arranged if you are bringing your own Wine €5 per bottle & Champagne €8
per bottle.
A Bar Extension, if required, must be booked 60 days prior to the wedding for an additional
charge of €460. The residents bar is strictly for residents only and closing time is at the
discretion of the Manager on Duty.
Final numbers and your table plan are required 72 hours prior to your function.
The Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage pertaining to property brought into the
hotel by the couple for their wedding.
Photography from the wedding may be used in future to promote the hotel on the hotel website,
Facebook or Twitter pages.
The Hotel bears no responsibility for any accidents caused by or to any suppliers whose services are
retained by the couple for their wedding.
The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any defects in goods or services provided by any
suppliers.Any damage caused to hotel property will be the responsibility of the Bride & Groom.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any function without obligation or liability.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made
through a third party or under false pretences.
Final Details must be signed off by the bride and groom 72 hours prior to the wedding.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions
Complimentary accommodation for you in the Bridal Suite has been booked for the night of your
wedding, along with two additional complimentary Superior Rooms.
In addition to the above complimentary rooms, the Hotel has provisionally block booked 17 bedrooms for
the night of your wedding based on the reduced rate in accordance of the date you have secured for your
wedding. Our reservations team will be in contact with you to confirm these rooms shortly.
The discounted bedroom rates are only applicable to the 17 rooms blocked. Any rooms outside of this will
be at our Best Available Rate at the time those rooms are booked. Our Best Available Rate is subject to
change at all times.
The wedding rate is secured once deposit is paid.
If the wedding is cancelled, the wedding cancellation policy applies to the 17 rooms also.
Credit/debit card details are required for each guest room within 1 week of room being allocated a
guest name
Each individual reservation will be charged the 10% booking deposit at time of confirmation
Guest mobile phone number & landline if possible
Guest email address to email booking confirmation
Any unallocated bedrooms will be automatically released 6 weeks prior to your wedding by our
reservations team.
NB: Please make sure you inform your guests that have been allocated a bedroom on your block of
rooms to phone us with card details as the Bride & Groom are fully responsible for ALL rooms until
card details have been given to confirm them and to avoid duplicate reservations being made.
Individual reservation cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this
time will be charged at 50% of the quoted accommodation charge. A no-show will be charged 100%.
Should you require additional accommodation on any other date surrounding your wedding, please inform
reservations immediately. Rooms will be held under the same terms as above where applicable and are subject to
availability.
