Hi Fellas,

Welcome to the eSparSha Family. Some of

you might be wondering, now that you are

into the ECA, what exactly you are going to

do? What is this ECA and why this eSpar-

Sha is creating a big fuss over it? What do I

have in the cards? How will this eSparSha

help me? Most importantly, how do I move

up the ladder etc etc. So, lets clear some air

here. This document will tell you exactly what

lies before you and how you move forward,

what is the immediate role of each person in the

ECA programme and what are the things which

you get from the ECA programme.

Arguably, the backbone of the ECA setup. The

statewise heads will be selected based on the

contribution towards ECA till now, the applica-

tion form and in some case, after the phone in-

terview.

Immediate Responsibilities :

1. Get in touch with all the ECAs in his/her

states through any means . (FB/Google Groups)

2. Acquire data from his state ECA members

about all the events, clubs, the contact details of

the person incharge of the clubs or the Head .

3. Compile the data and send it to eSparSha.

4. Complile the list of all social networking pag-

es of various colleges in his region through the

ECAs.

5. Some more specifics task depending upon

the region

Warriors are the elite members of the ECA who

have atleast one successful business with eSpar-

Sha.

Immediate Responsibilities:

1. Acquire data about all the events, clubs, the

contact details of the person incharge of the

clubs or the Head in his college and the colleges

he is assigned by his/her state head.

2. Acquire the list of all social networking pages

of various colleges in his region .

3.Send these data to the Statewise head.

To start off, you guys need to know how strong

this whole concept is. This network of ECAs is

spread all over the country in over 200 colleges

at present. This is just a start. This will be an

ever increasing number. So first of all, you guys

have to realize that you are going to be a part of

an extensive network. I hope we need not tell

you guys how important networking is in these

days. Like every programme, to have a strong

foundation, we need to be slow and steady.

As the first phase, we are filling in the

posts of Member, Warrior and Knighthood.

We have explained already what the

immediate tasks of these posts will be. The top

11 posts, namely the eight kings guard, the two

members of the small council and the hand of

the king will be selected in the month of AU-

GUST, based on various factors like contribu-

tion towards the ECA, dedication, hardwork

etc. It does not mean the statewise heads are the

only one eligible here. A member might directly

get into the top 11. More than the quantity of

the work, the quality of the work is important

for us.

By August end, the entire ECA net-

work would be in place. In the month of august,

everyone will receive an ECA kit which com-

prises of the publicity materials, a Tshirt, and

some eSparSha goodies.

So coming to the perks each position will get.

Hand of King :

(i) Stipend of INR 4000 /month.

(ii) eSparSha Tshirts + Goodies everymonth.

(iii) Percentage of profit of successful orders

under him/her.

Small Council :


(ii) eSparSha Tshirts + Goodies bi-monthly.

(iii) Percentage of profit of successful ordersunder him/her.

Kingsguard :


(ii) eSparSha Tshirts + Goodies quarterly.
