Joanne Pereira, Founder and Creative Director, established Eclectic Cool in 2011 out of her passion for art and interior architecture and a desire to share that love with the Hong Kong community. We can help you find that special piece from around the corner or across the world.We deal with many brands, both as stockists as well as partners. Our frequent travels to furni-ture and lighting shows a few times per year has meant that we have developed good relationships with many suppliers. We ship from Europe, Aus-tralia and the USA regularly so logistics is easy!

CUSTOM

We can help you design that custom made item so that you can spend more time developing busi-ness and talking to your clients. We can make a custom neon sign as an artwork, design and man-ufacture furniture, curtains and soft furnishings.

TERMS OF SUPPLY TO INTERIOR DESIGNERS

Interior Designers and architects working both in Hong Kong and overseas are entitled to a discount off the list price of prod-ucts from Eclectic Cool. Please see table below.

Orders <=HKD30,000 (excluding shipping) 15% discountOrders >HKD30,000 (excluding shipping) and <=HKD50,000 17% discountOrders >HKD50,000 (excluding shipping) and <=HKD100,000 20% discountOrders >HKD100,000 by negotiation

If the products are in stock, a shipping fee (the landed shipping cost of the product) will be waived. However, if products need to be specially ordered, a shipping charge (calculated by weight, dimensions,country of origin and packing) will be advised indi-vidually.

Delivery and assembly of products are subject to an additional charge.

Products ordered are not exchangeable or refundable.

Quotes are valid 7 days from issue. Eclectic Cool Limited will try to advise if there will be any pricing changes but please note that most suppliers will adjust their prices yearly on January1st of each year.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque. If paying by cheque, please make out all cheques to ECLECTIC COOL LIMITED . Orders will be placed once cheques have been cleared.
