The leadership mentoring for purpose programme is a Christian mentoring pro-

gramme designed to empower women to fulfill their divine purpose in the body

of Christ. We’re in a century where women are called to build God’s Kingdom,

however its important to know what you have to position yourself in the King-

dom and build. for those who are ready to increase their capacity on another

level and in a new setting.

The leadership mentoring for purpose programme seeks to do two main things:

1. To help you discover your purpose, by identifying your gifts and build with

them.

2. To develop the mentoring skills and techniques within you so that not only

are you building, but mentoring others to build too.

The Process

12 months—this is split into the following—12 days workshops, 10 hours of tuto-

rials, a weekend residential, webinar/Skype sessions.

Reflection writing/journaling

Assignments—10 in total

Final programme reports—purpose specification, setting up your own mentoring

sessions/service

Buddy Mentoring

Award Graduation Ceremony

The programme is a management/leadership programme and it is a requirement that

once you start the programme you should be able to build it into your schedule to

complete all modules to benefit from the overall objective of the programme.

Being a mentee an the leadership mentoring

for purpose programme, I believe no coinci-

dence for me. I believe that it was my destiny

and purpose to be part of this programme

and I am so grateful to God to have given me

this opportunity. Prior to being part of the

programme, I was, as I would describe myself,

a wayward winner. My life was slightly out of

alignment and needed some tweaking and

coaching to get it on course again. I had spent

the majority of my life instinctively searching

for a way to get my life back on track and

some of my methods had not been as con-

structive as others! It was only until I became

part of EWMPP that everything started to fall

into place for me and I finally felt like I be-

longed and had found the missing piece to my

jigsaw life.

The Modules

There are a total of 6 modules delivered over 12 months:

Module 1—Who Are You? Rediscovering your essence

Module 2 - Where Are You? Mapping your present location

Module 3—What Do You Have? Part 1; Understanding the role of a Christian

Mentor

Module 4—What Do You Have? Part 2; Discovering your gifts and how to pack-

age them.

Module 5—Launching Into Purpose; How to use your gifts to fulfill your purpose,

strategies for building in your community.

Module 6—Dealing with Barriers to Moving Forward; How to deal with transi-

tioning from the old to a new way of working and the responsibility to build

Specific Areas of Development A deeper understanding of your spirit, soul and body

Emotional healing so that you can operate in your purpose

Discovering your purpose/assignment

Discovering how to move beyond a crossroad

Understanding your seasons and how to benefit from each seasonal

change

Mentoring and empowering others

Various aspects of your gifts and how they work together

Practical steps to launching out

A starting point to moving forward

Confirmation and clarity in direction

Emotional healing

Identified gifts and how to package and use them
