EBL #24 is a low dielectric constant, hard PZTmaterial exhibiting very low dielectric loss andhigh coupling coefficient. The low dielectric constantof this material simplifies the drive electronics fortransducers. It is a more sensitive piezoceramic materialfor use in single element transducers. EBL #24’s highvoltage constant and low aging make it an excellentchoice for accelerometer applications.
EBL Products’ continues to focus on manufacturingcomponents with the highest reproductibility of propertiesand parameters in the industry. EBL #24 is available in disc, square,rectangle, tube and spherical focus geometries.
Our materials have a variation of ±5% for all parameters. Thisreduces the requirements for impedance matching, frequencytuning and resulting in fewer rejects and rework.
